      I traded my 2019 model S for a new 2024 model 3 lease on June 10, 2024. I have a $26k refund due and still have not received my refund money over 2 months after the trade-in. I have sent numerous emails and called both Tesla corporate and the local ********, ** branch dozens of times. I get re-directed to Sales and no one ever answers. A message states no one is available, please call back. Leaving a message is a not available. Corporate finance replied to my email inquiry stating after sales was a local Branch issue and I need to contact the branch I leased the car through. There is no sales person available in person or via phone, only the service center for maintenance and personnel dealing with new car pick **** Terrible customer service, cannot even answer what the status of my refund is from months ago.

      We purchased our model 3 performance in June 2022 as well as the at home wall charger.I had a licensed electrician install it in ********** and it always through an error code that forced us to reset the breaker to it before charging use. That would give us enough charge until the error code went off again. I went through the troubleshooting tech support and they did nothing for me. We moved to ***** and had another electrician run 6awg wire from a 60amp breaker to the charger again in our new home. The same problem continued for another year. The charger now wont charge the car more than 5% at a time without resetting it. I now have to purchase another $500+ charger again since I cant find my proof of purchase from years ago.. I am extremely disappointed in Tesla for not rectifying this issue in the beginning. I will never again purchase another Tesla, nor refer anyone to this type of customer service.I never had anything like this with my fleet of gmc and ****** trucks. Very disheartening.

      Complaint Summary:Tesla failed to apply my free Supercharging miles credit on the expiration date, despite being told it should work, and has not responded to my attempts to resolve the issue.Complaint Details:I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with Tesla's Supercharging credit. I redeemed Supercharger miles credit on February 12th, 2024, which, according to Teslas policy, was supposed to expire on August 12th, 2024.On August 12th, I used a Tesla Supercharger expecting the credit to apply. However, I was still charged for the session. When I contacted Tesla Support, I was informed that if I had used the Supercharger in the morning on August 12th, the credit would have applied, but since I used it around 7 PM, it was no longer valid. This explanation is confusing and inconsistent with what the Tesla app displayed, as it showed that I still had free Supercharger miles available at the time of use.I suspect this may be a bug in Tesla's app, where the available credit was not correctly updated or applied. Despite reaching out to Tesla Support via email, I have not received a response or resolution.I am requesting that Tesla review this situation, clarify the issue, and either refund the charge or reapply the credit to my account. I believe it is important for Tesla to address potential issues with their app to prevent this from happening to other customers.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.Desired Resolution:I request a full refund for the Supercharging session on August 12th, 2024, or the reapplication of the free Supercharging miles credit to my Tesla account.

      Incredibly disappointed with Tesla. While taking delivery today, the rep made me sign first before allowing me to look at the car. Then when I go see the car, it's damaged in multiple locations. My wife complained to the rep as I was literally stunned in disbelief. The rep answered: "take it up with Tesla Service, it's a busy day, they'll fix it up." A damaged car is NOT a new car. We were able to rescind our delivery (sort of) and will be returning tomorrow when they receive another one of the same specs. To boot, my FSD was transferred and now my current Tesla is missing the only feature I actually care for and that other vehicle holds MY FSD. The rep said I'd have it restored in an hour, it's been over 6 hours now. How screwed am I? I'm finding out tomorrow I guess. Really just terrible service all around.

      I had the worst experience with ******************** I had my Tesla go 6 years and I used to use this service center for all my service. But my last experience was the worst by far. After waiting for 3 weeks to get an appointment to this service center. I brought my car in and I was told that there is no loaner car available. And it will take one or two days for the repair. After the second day with no updates or response from my messages. I called the see center and after a long wait, I reached an advisor. He told me they need another 1:30h of diagnostic to find the problem. And to please approve the new estimate so they can finish the repairs. After approving the new estimate, 3 more days go by without any updates. When I called again, I was put in 1h hold. When I finally got to talk to an advisor they told me that the invoice it is what it is and they cannot do anything about it. They charge me $1711 for labor. To replace $60 worth in parts. A job that usually w about 1h to complete. I will avoid this service center from now on. Its crazy, because I love the car. But the customer service really *****.

      Tesla purchased solar city in 2016.. Ive had leaks in 2019. Tesla told me it was my fault. I had the problem repaired underneath the panels. It was affiliated with the *****************. 2022. We had many leaks. Tesla replaced my entire roof. They Had to put an install 10 sheets of new plywood. I still have unresolved problems. Front window has damaged from water leakage from above. Tesla has been extremely kind and polite, but has not resolved the problem. Send people that did not speak English to do a quick patch job. The finish of my window has been completely ruined. they are always polite. Do not resolve the problems. Me and my wife have been having health issues. When I am fighting cancer in my left eye. And my wife is fighting breast cancer. You put things off,They have not resolved the issues. This is been very upsetting. Kitchen ceiling and living room ceiling Do not match since the leak. My 200 amp panel is leaking water from Tesla. They sent someone out to look at it, and the problem has not been resolved. Concerned about a fire related to my ***** breakers. I have a video of the inside of Teslas installation box where the water is currently was dripping through during rain This is something I cannot fix. Concerned about the fire in the future. I have 35 mm still shots of my roof during the repair process which clearly shows all the rotted plywood that had to be replaced above my front window. **** ****** is extremely polite, but does nothing. Seems to think this is my issue and the damage from the water going all over my bay window in the front of my home is not his responsibility, even though the water was dripping right from there, defective, solar, mounting flashing. I saved one of the flashing pieces to go to court. Extremely disappointed. Cant wait do I have an independent group of people review all the damage to my roof and give me a fair resolution. ****** *****, *********, **********.

      I've had my solar system for almost two ******* now and I've had issue after issue to the point that the person texting me on the other end of the line just stopped. Today's complaint is about me not having a working solar system for a month and I'm a few days away from my scheduled appointment when they text me that it's going to be another two weeks before they can get to my house. This happens every time. I live in ********** where electric rates are through the roof. My TESLA app is worthless. It never works correctly and doesn't ever display the energy I am producing and sending to the grid. I know I am producing base off my PG&E bill. The person I was able to get ahold of on the phone (luckily) said that there was something wrong, but instead of trying to fix it, they just ignored it and ignored me. All I'm asking for is a reliable working product. I am not a wealthy person, and I bought this with the understanding I would be saving money. This is now costing me more because not only do I need to make the monthly payment, but I will also need to pay for an electric bill that is not in the budget. I understand stuff happens that's out of anybody's control but when you schedule me a month out, you need to make that appointment work. This just sounds like poor time management or lack of employees. If someone with management would like to call me, I'd be happy to talk with them. I am currently active-duty military, so if I don't answer on the first call, please leave a number and I will return the call as soon as I can. **** *.

      The Tesla finance program is full of deceiving words. Ive purchased the vehicle, but just after 1 week, the lower APY was offered and Im paying 6.36% for APY, and asked Tesla for this APY match, but they denied just because they didnt know the even would have come. But the customer rights for ********************** can return the vehicle within 1 week, but they refused again and they just telling me to talk with the financing bank and it is not their problem. It is so unsatisfying and they are treating their customer as a money bag.

      I have installed Tesla solar panel and two powerwalls in my house. My solar system has not been working for the past three months. I tried contacting multiple time. Finally I was able to get hold of human representative one time and that person did not know what was wrong and took notes and said it will take 7 to 8 business days and asked me to call back. I tried calling and not able to get hold of human representative. Its the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I am paying every month for the solar that I installed. I am paying for electricity. The solar does not work.. I dont have anyway to report this issue. Tesla does not care for their customers. Worst company ever. Never ever making this mistake again. **** never recommend anyone to use Tesla for solar panels and Powerwalls.

      Tesla has ******** customer service once the initial sales services are provided. Speaking to an actual human, or even an intelligent AI, for that matter, to get my inverter for my solar panels repaired, has thus far been impossible. I was so desperate to find a solution, I contacted the online page to schedule a new service for installation, and imagine my surprise when someone texted me within 6 minutes of scheduling the appointment for the very same day. When I texted saying that I truly needed technical assistance for my inverter, my appointment was cancelled and no one will return my call or schedule an appointment for repair.When in doubt, don't purchase a TESLA product.
