- Refund policy for participation with Austin Baseball Club:
All fall, spring and summer ball deposits are non-refundable.
Oncethe budget, participation fee's and roster are established, all funds(deposit and participation fee's) are committed and there will be norebate, pro-rated fee's or refund due to the following, but not limitedto:
Player quitting; Playertermination due to disciplinary reasons or violation of team policy andprocedures (if termination is warranted, a written statement from theorganization will be provided outlining terms of termination); Player missing games due to short term illness or injury; Player missing game due to personal or family obligations; Games or tournaments cancelled or delayed due to weather or discretion of tournament host.
Inthe event of a season ending baseball related injury or seriousillness, a pro-rated credit may, at the club’s discretion, be issued forfuture application to baseball related programming (training, seasonalteams, etc).. Any credit, when warranted and applicable, is conditionedon the organization adding an acceptable replacement player. Any and allcredit request(s) should be submitted in writing via e-mail for review.Please allow 4-6 weeks to complete the review process. - Business Categories
