    Ordered a book from *** books on Nov 1 for over $100. Received a book on Nov 13 that was NOT what I ordered and on the verge of phornography.     I placed an order for a book on 1/5/23. I received the incorrect book on 1/20/23 and initiated a return. I then was contacted by ******************************* to hold off on the return and he will send me the correct book within 3 weeks (2/13/23). On 2/12/23, ***** emailed me and said that he would have the book in stock that week and give me tracking information. I followed up on 2/17/13 and received a response saying he will check on it. A few days went by, followed up again and again, he doesnt have an answer or tracking # and to give more time. 4 days later, I then received a severely damaged book. I email again with pictures, and request a refund/return label on 2/28/23. I then sent the books back and they arrived at the ** box on 3/18/23; I email to notify him. The books were picked up on 3/20/23 per the tracking and still no contact from the seller. I email again on 3/23/23 asking about my return. ****** says give him 2 more days. I email again stating the 2 days has passed and still no refund or answer. He has been deliberately avoiding my refund request to his gain. It has been almost 3 months and he has not resolved this issue. Terrible business practices.
