      Ordered two calendars and they were lost in transit. Calendars.com did not inform me of this. When I found out company offered to replace or refund the missing calendars. One was in stock and replaced, the other was not. I was refunded for the out of stock calendar but not the full price I originally paid for it. They said it was a promotional offer. Turns out a different version of the same calendar was in stock. When I reordered it I had to pay more than I did on my original order. Very disappointed in the customer service, especially since I've been a customer for ten years.

      Hello ****,

      We don't currently have a way to know when orders are lost in transit. We are working with our tracking software to develop some reports that *** assist us with this to be more proactive.

      I will be happy to honor the original price and make any other adjustments to your order.  It looks like they refunded $9.99 for the calendar and half of ************* tax. I see the logic since they replaced the other half. Please look for a refund to your account in 1-5 business days.

      Delay after delay shipping information and tracking is in correct *** has no record based on the tracking information I received daily I check status and it says out for deliver by a certain time. Then the following day the same story. When I got a real person the best they could do was resend and and again a few days past and were no further along. I would never order from them again. I think a call to the credit card company to reverse charges is next.

      We use ***** to ship most calendars. They inject orders directly into the postal system. Unfortunately, ***** tracking algorithm to estimate delivery is inaccurate. It takes 5 to 7 days to deliver in the U.S. We have alerted our Account Manager as it resulted several complaints.

      While we indicate this in checkout and in our FAQs, most folks don't remember when to expect their order. My hope is that they make some changes for this upcoming year.

      I am showing both your original and replacement order were delivered. I apologize for the confusion.

      Very poor customer service and shipping.Ordered on Dec 18th, paid for 2 day shipping to recieve by Christmas. Calendar did not **** as shipped until Dec 20th at 4pm. Was picked up Dec 21st making delivery Dec 26th.Reached out to customer service, who told me ******** shipped and should have been there despite what actual shipping tracking showed. Will not respond to email any further Will not buy from agaib

      We process all expedited orders within 1-2 business days. *** typically delivers on time, but clearly didn't in your case. I have refunded your shipping cost. I am sorry you did not receive the item in time for Christmas.
