      I loved all the selections you had available. I was looking for Ships of the Line, a Star Trek calendar and found so many more wonderful ones. I just had to get the cute cat one of them taking naps. Thank you also for keeping your promise of free shipping. Many online sites promise that when you order a certain amount you get it, but then at checkout you still end up with a charge to send it.

      It looks like a beautiful calendar! I love "Our Magazine". I was born & raised in ********************** live in ******, *****. I have ordered the magazine for many of my "displaced" friends, who also enjoy it. I look forward to each issue and read it cover to cover.

      Placed order number ******* 21 Dec 2023. It was shipped 23 Dec 2023. Projected arrival 26 Dec 2023. Didnt arrive. Arrival date changed from 26 to 27 to 28 to 29 Dec 2023. Still waiting. Tracking shows package left ******, ***** 23 Dec 2023. Thats the only tracking available. Package never arrived in ********. Emailed customer service and also used virtual assistant. No response. Called customer service. On hold for over 30 minutes and gave up. At this point I just want my money back.

      You ordered on 12/21 with standard shipping. Standard orders, once processed, take 5 to 7 business days to deliver not including intervening holidays. The last day one could order with Standard shipping and receive in time for Christmas was 12/13. Your order arrived within our stated service levels.

      Recently, *** changed their tracking algorithm to estimate delivery dates, but they are woefully inaccurate. We have sent several customer comments about this to our Account Manager. I am sorry the tracking information was misleading. I have added a store credit to your account in an attempt to make amends.
