      Would NOT recommend this company. They lost our pet and didn't even know they had until we told them where the tracker said they were. The pet stayed in ***** where they couldn't be let out so peed and pooped in the kennel, and arrived 3 days late. They have not refunded any of the trip 4 months later. They also haven't refunded for our dog who passed away before travel despite giving them plenty of advanced warning. This was after they had agreed in writing for reimbursement, and multiple persistent reminder emails. The money is annoying, but the worst is that they couldn't find our pet and they couldn't care less.
