I am a proud client of Miller, Ross & Goldman and can easily say they are easily the best recovery firm I have used in my 30 years of being in the business. Many years ago, I worked for a collection agency and understand how difficult it is to get paid, but MRG makes it look easy. I have used MRG for about 10 years and never has a firm recovered so much, so quickly, and without a single complaint from customers. In fact, on several occasions, my debtors have paid my company in full, and then hired MRG to help recover money owed to them. If MRG was unprofessional, this would not happen. Also want to note that most all of our customers that were turned over to MRG for collection, return to us for additional business once their debt was resolved. MRG treats your customers and your money like it is theirs, which is why they do a great job collecting full balances and not looking for quick settlements.

**** is a very disrespectful and unprofessional person. He sends emails that are very derogatory, and makes anyone feels like he's punching a child. Lack of courtesy is his biggest challenge. He's having problems being honest and upfront, and he tells excuses nonstop, and when you catch him red-handed, he sends you ugly emails that basically tells you you're worth nothing.I'm not sure how old and educated he is, but sure sounds like an immature person. I'm a creditor that was supposedly providing business for his firm, but he said he has ****** clients and yet no portal for updates, and he gets nasty when you ask him for an update every couple of weeks. He says his firm is working on collecting billions of dollars, and basically between the lines he's saying he doesn't care or have time for my $100K+ case. **** continually minimized the is*** of not providing updates every 1-2 weeks, and called it unreasonable and just now, he threatened to *** me if I leave any negative feedback about the way he conducts business.Highly not recommended.

**************************** and her company, Merrimac **************., assigned an uncollected judgment to my firm on December 21st, 2022. My firm manages a very large pool of contingency-based assignments, and over 25+ years, we have never encountered such an abrasive client, immediately inclined toward personal insults simply as a result of communicating our protocols and process. The regular updates we provide our clients is consistent with our ******************* which Ms. ******* electronically signed, yet repeatedly breached, insisting that we provide updates dictated by her, rather than consistent with our services Agreement. We had every intention to do a fantastic job for Ms. ******* and her company, as we do with all our clients, especially to the extent that our compensation is performance based. However, due to Ms. ********* ongoing refusal to honor our terms, followed by frankly bizarre, wholly unprovoked personal attacks, we have reached an impasse in our ability to accommodate her needs. We, nevertheless, wish her well in securing another solution.

All you need is to get on a call with these guys and see how different they operate comparing to their competitors. I found ***************** through research and after a phone call it was an easy decision. They were very professional and respectful towards with my client and as a matter of fact my client who did not pay me for 6 months (until I got **** involved) still wants to do business with me. Got some great advice as well and I believe everyone who owns a business needs a company like MRG in their back pocket.
