      Tried to cancel my account several times. They keep on charging me. I have called them, talked to them, and sent them emails. Despite that, they charged me again today.

      I never used my account because both the website builder and email were terrible. There's no way to cancel online, so I sent a cancellation request via email. No response. I sent a second cancellation email that received a response, but they still didn't cancel my account like I asked. Now I'm about to get charged again. Hopefully my proof of cancellation will be enough to get PayPal to reverse the charges. Horrible corrupt company. Avoid them like the plague.

      Was promised a pro-rated refund after I closed my account. Well, I closed my account but they refused to give me a refund anyways! Really disappointed with their customer service after being a loyal customer with them.

      Do Not Use this Co. Ive used Soho for a few years now as my small business CRM service. I was on an auto renew program. I canceled the service prior to this years renewal. In addition, the credit card that was on file with ZOHO expired. I received a email from ZOHO that my card had expired and they were unable to renew service. I did not provide my new card expiration date or the security code. Without authorization, ZOHO somehow charged my expired credit card. They somehow got around the old credit card expiration date and still managed to charge my card. I contacted Zoho via email to request the refund. They sent an email back thanking me for renewing and attached the same invoice without any refund.

      Abandonware - DO NOT BUY - Checksum Errors, File Signature Failures, Bizarre license practices.Honestly, I hope this finds those Systems Administrators currently evaluating whether they should purchase this product. This is purely factual condition of the current state of Manage Engine.Patch Deployment / Software Installations / Custom Configurations Minimum 90-Minutes to sync and push any deployment, regardless of size. This is by design according to Zoho Engineers.OSDeployment Module Integration was never completed. While setting up your Distribution Server, it will ask you if you wish to install windows ADK 10 for creating bootable media. Zoho will not publish this as a known bug, but will only tell you over the phone that currently, there is no way to create bootable media with their product. Even after installing the toolsets manually, the file signatures fail because none of the modules have ever been updated.Licensing If you deploy 100 workstations using their OS Deployment tool, but do not install their agent, your YEARLY license will be permanently increased by 100 workstations. They will not remove them until you threaten to cancel your contract.Support As others have stated, there is no support. Not one person from Zoho takes accountability for the errors in their application and there is no manual method to resolve any of the issues.When they push a patch, and it breaks your Distribution Server it could be days before they offer any resolution.They always insist it is your fault and won't attempt to check their theory. For hours they kept trying to tell me the issue was our network because the technicians didn't understand that if a service isn't running, the port won't be open. Their services were broken due to the referenced checksum errors and the agents argued with me to the point where they kept repeating the same thing over and over again.At this point ********* has a better reputation for our organization.

      We reached out to Zoho for support with our services and they kept promising to provide support/training and they did not follow through. We escalated our concerns and there was supposed to be a senior executive contact us to address those concerns. That person did not show.We were supposed to have a training session, however Zoho provided a link that required a password, and no password so there was no training. Then Zoho blamed us and cancelled the training.I would not recommend Zoho as a CRM as there is no support provided, however they take your money right away.

      We have been with Zoho for 3-4 years and invested about $30K for it all to be wasted for the most part since we will need to leave soon as we do not believe in working with these types of companies.Very misleading and untrustworthy company. We used them for some time and then started to build out and customize and then they offered the phone service, and we thought it would be heaven, it was h*** they barely understood the service to support it and provide honest feedback vs made-up answers and timelines for solutions.Also, Zoho is based on INDIA, also known as the largest phone scammer per nation, and the worst part is, that ZOHO VOICE has this mentality, they lie to get you signed up because they know once they have your business phone number they have leverage.So I just got the *** Involved, and I hope they will support us because ZOHO is in INDIA, and they are stealing AMERICAN DOLLARS.At this time I was told I could get a refund, then they asked me to just keep working with them to resolve all issues and I needed to put in credits, I explained I was just trying the system, and they started to use you must upload and I asked but what if it does not work out," Dont worry about it, we will give you a refund" and this was after our 30 days so we thought we were safe, now they are lying again.also, we used the service for about 3 months, we have about **** call recordings and there is no way to get these without clicking ****+ times and waiting for each one to download.

      Super misleading and cryptic communication and sales practices. Support is not willing to help at all. They sold me on their free trial and then totally changed the services we would get on the last day of the trial while I am on vacation. Now I have to scramble and figure out what to do.

      This is one of the the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I can not believe how useless their customer service is. Also GOOD LUCK trying to cancel any subscription.
