    Do not use this company for your Facturing! They are not helpful once they have your business.. They do not communicate with you, have a portal that is certainly not user friendly and only provide you with bare minimum information when you do reach out to them. They cashed a check from one of our customers back in 2021, never applied this amount under our account and never informed us a check even existed that was meant for our company. Now they are not willing to send us the money - they want our customer to request the money be returned to them! They also held our reserve money for several months which we had to request several times before they released it. The only reason I even gave 1 star is because I could not leave this review without choosing a star rating.
