    I paid for the membership so that I can rent the vehicle for a day. I had the vehicle for a day. The beginning total was $70.64 The daily rate is literally ***** but they gave me a $10 discount for being a new member. Ive only had the account open for two days.I get to the rental car and the rental car is filthy. I asked them to swap the car out for the one that I was standing next to They told me that it was already booked and they had no other cars. I told them that I would take the car to be cleaned myself. I took the car &cleaned the front seats and the Exterior. I called Zipcar to notify them I paid for the vehicle to be cleaned and I went to pick my kids up. My 2yo got in the backseat and started sneezing. I wasnt thinking anything of it because shes a child but then I look back and realized that her eyes were watering. She was sneezing bc it was pet hair in the backseat all over the floors and she was having an allergic reaction. I went to Rite Aid for allergy medicine and got on the phone with Zipcar to explain what was going on.They told me that they were creating my account for days work because I spent my whole day fixing my daughter and arguing with them on the phone so the credit was never applied for The extra day. I returned the vehicle and I was going to book another vehicle, but as I was on the phone to book the vehicle I recognize that they had charged my other card and this card and remove the credits that were placed on my account so they Stole all the money that was on my account and then they locked my account and said it was under review so I couldnt book another vehicle so that left me stranded at the airport for four hours. I was charged $217.42 and they stole all my credits and $156 out of my account then deleted the account to hide all evidence, I reported transactions to current and provided documentation and gave back story and they denied my claim and refused to refund me even though Im a long term customer with barely any disputes

    So apparently Im dealing with current bank and the fact that I found disputes well 18 December how to go out my way to get all sorts of documents and then even after him which go out into 21 weather and Im anemic just to get different documents for them called different corporate offices that Ive already agreed that current themselves can pull the funds but I was sent by current themselves so go find that out even after finding that out they gave me the runaround so from the night of what December was I was told OK were filing a dispute a system error change the due date of when it was put in from the ninth and change my due date of when it was put into the 18th the representative within the chat itself told me that I was a system error on their part not mine and still refused to fix the error refused to fix all three disputes but gave us back what was Dominos Pizzas messed up transaction info but when it came to an ATM charge of an ATM that poured $40 from me plus taxes equaling $45 I had to put picture of my ATM that at a arrow screen inside the same document and they still have not done nothing about it and its been well over 14 days then you have to look at where they forcibly made all the reviews the same day when they were put in well before the date itself that they put up there and then Im left to watch my family *Beyond Christmas because they refused to listen to me and its that I gave them all the evidence even inside the chat as well just to be ignored but then when I ask for representatives that our senior representatives or even told them to call corporate so I can solve it and talk to them I was ignored still now my family had to deal with more than what it was supposed to start beyond the night because they didnt choose to do what was the dispute and question they gave us back one but that was the tiniest charge of months all the huge charges that were stolen $39 $45 etc. please solve this because it makes no sense

    I filed a dispute on unauthorized charges. The customer service team refused to help me, refused to let me talk to management saying "we are all trained the same way and you will get no resolution from them"They have allowed money to be taken out W separate times without looking into it. This is not my primary account that goodness and it's not a lot of money (to sign it would be) but it's hard earned money I made. Not them!!

    I deposited my check per mobile deposit. Over a week ago. It still has not posted and everything I try to chat with them I get the run I fee like. It is from the same bank my direct deposits are ftom. My employer.Current Bank Thank you Spring ******** ***************** ************.
