Dear sirs and the next person, my review pertains to the Whole Foods Market store at ****************************************************************. Yikes. Decent people are easily deceived and manipulated. I had been to this store on 12/10/2023. I am one of those people who goes to this store to use the **** have coffee, pizza and or soda. The *** has told me: "It is not illegal for members of the Preponderance of the Aryan ******* to be employed. It is to the discretion of the employer." Several of the employees at this store are members of the Preponderance of the Aryan *******. It is unsettling. Their favorite police department is the ***************** police where we are from in ***************** who are 100% members of the Preponderance of the Aryan *******/insurance fraudsters. As a customer of ******************************************* I do not care to be intimidated when I go into your stores. I do not care about the beleaguered ***************** police that you are so fond of. or your Arapahoe County courts. I had gone into the store with my laptop computer and cell phone in a case. I left my laptop on one of the tables in the dining area. I wanted to purchase a soda water and only had cash. I went to one of the checkout lanes to pay for the item. Beware of the friendly cashiers who picked my pocket for my cell phone. I returned to the table I had my laptop sitting on. I realized my cell phone was missing. I went to my car in the parking lot and found it on the roof of the car. I took the phone and returned to the store. An Aryan ******* clerk approached me and said: "You're cool." I said "What?" The clerk repeated herself and said "You're cool." I was being stalked, intimidated and harassed by these Aryan ******* employees/insurance fraudsters at Whole Foods. That is sinister.

This market is a terrible place. I made the mistake of working here at coffee bar and was sexually assaulted and harassed over three times. The rapists are the men that work at Kora Sushi. They play incredibly racist sexually violent degrading music and they threatened me verbally multiple times. Management said that I had no right to be devasted by this and despite the sexual assaults they said that I had to continue to serve them. I am taking this to court. Stay away from this place the men are predators.

I have purchased WF 365 brand ginger ale, by the case, for at least 10 years.Recently (late September 2023) I bought several cases and all cans are defective. The soda is very brown and there is zero taste of ginger. There is obviously something wrong at the manufacturing plant, and I don't know if these are safe to drink.-- I called Whole Foods but the assistant didn't even know what "ginger ale" is and could care less.-- I used their Chat system and was told to call Amazon.-- Amazon also could care less.-- I asked to speak to Quality Control, but they said that was impossible.---- It seems very irresponsible that WF has no way to report a defective food item!!!!

I bought Organic Chicken (yesterday 9/13/23) which are one of the most expensive chicken packages in the Whole Foods Market which is one of the expensive grocery store in *****. You expect the quality to be none to next. The chicken was discolored from probably being frozen for a long time or frozen at the wrong temperature. It felt bad to use it. So it went straight into the trash. The expiration date says, "Use it or freeze it by 9/21/23" which means I have a good week of chicken to be fresh if kept in the refrigerator. This is really bad. I cannot trust Whole Foods anymore. Not shopping here anymore.****** Whole Food Markets located at *********************************************************************.

This is the headquarters. I hope my voice can be heard. I regularly visit a store located in *******, **, which has provided terrible customer service. One of the customer service representatives hung up on me while I was still trying to communicate. I wish there were a solution to my concerns, but unfortunately, there isn't one apparent. I attempted to call back, but my calls were never answered again.I also tried to reach out to the store manager, but they did not answer my calls either. Additionally, my attempts to contact the regional office for assistance have gone unanswered as well.

Persistent overcharging at this location. Almost every time I shop here (last 20 years) I am overcharged - the problem is the way in which employees on checkout scan the product, the scanned item is not always bagged right away, which can lead to double charging for the same item. I am sick and tired of having to call customer service to obtain a refund.

Whole Foods sold me a very expensive large can of Extra virgin olive oil, that was rancid. It was their storebrand. I could not have bought it anywhere, but Whole Foods Market. When I brought it back, they said it was not on my credit card record. They refused to give me store credit. They are the worst to deal with! The quality of their food is often terrible.

June 25, 2023, I purchased Whole Foods Market 365WFM OG Raisin Canister for $3.99 from the Whole Foods located at ************************************************************. My review is properly directed at Whole Food Headquarters, as the product is labeled "Distributed by: Whole Foods Market, ******, **, *****" as well as the activity complained of almost certainly impacts all stores that receive this product. Upon opening the sealed 4.5 inch canister of raisins, I discovered **** inches of the canister was unfilled, which is not apparent from the opaque sealed canister. Whole Foods market has been my favorite grocery store in ******** for many years, however, I cannot justify any business that uses deceptive, false or materially misleading practices to entice customers to purchase products which do not hold the value which the customer reasonably relies on, and which we would not purchase had we been given all of the facts. In deciding to purchase this product, I passed over other packages of raisins--because I believed the canister I picked up was a better economical value. I was stunned and angered to discover approximately **** inches of the 4.5 inch canister contained no product (i.e. was empty), and that I could not have discovered this because of the opaque packaging. I urge Whole Foods to change its packaging, so that customers can make an informed purchase with knowledge of how much is in the canister, or to fill the canister a reasonable amount with raisins (so that customers are not mislead in purchasing this product). I have both a video of the empty space as well as my purchase receipt. As I would not have purchased this product had I known how much product was missing (and since I have already opened the canister) I am seeking (requesting) full reimbursement. By so doing, I hope Whole Foods and others will not use materially misleading, false, fraudulent other deceptive practices in adverting, marketing, or selling to consumers. We merely ask that you do what's right.

Recently bought some sushi labeled Fresh but ended up being days old and inedible. Took pictures of it before throwing it out. Called customer service and offered to send them the pictures. They would not help me without a receipt. The photos had their name and date and I used my prime account . But that wasnt good enough. Without a receipt I was ***.
