Utterly disgusting - from 3 separate Whole Foods locations I was sold infested salmon. I returned it, and the store manager grabbed the fish representative who was appalled and said that happens when the fish comes infested then sits on the shelves for too long. I reached out to Whole Foods, who instead of looking to fix the problem, told me I was wrong and they can offer a refund. Recently, I bought their bulk chicken breast to find a worm sticking out of the top of it. Im not sure where the lack of care, oversight and control comes from - maybe when Amazon took over? - but its honestly disrespectful to their customers. I go there because they claim to have high quality food, but more times that not, Im throwing even produce away due to an overgrowth of mold or bugs. Overall, Whole Foods has become an untrustworthy supplier of meat/seafood. I think this is something people should know and understand. Please share this review.

I bought 2 prepared foods called the general **** with chicken and rice. Whole Foods prepared foods are hardly that great in terms of taste and healthy. I dont know what the heck is wrong with the rice. Its seriously undercooked. As an Asian person the rice was so undercooked that I am beyond annoyed to was $20 for two orders of it (prepared meals to reheated in a microwave). I tried to complain on the Whole Foods website chat and I keep getting cut off. I dont expect my money back at this rate if I could get it all. Whole Foods may be an upgrade on several things than a Ralphs grocery market but bad horrible cooking and wasting a lot of money on inedible food leaves me with a very bad taste. Obviously Whole Foods is for dumbass white people to come up with undercooked food.

Racial discrimination at Whole Foods in ********. Address: ***************************************************************************** The manager on duty was *********************** and he did nothing. The incident happened on 11/15/2022 at 5:48pm Terrible experience here at the ************ whole foods. This is the second time have experienced racial discrimination and still nothing is being done. Late Tuesday evening I went in to quickly buy 2 items from whole Foods as I was leaving to head home after a workout. I opted to use the self-check instead of waiting in a long line to purchase just two products. I only went in to buy a bag of spinach and a ********** of water. ***, the whole foods employee, who works at the self check out counter, came right up to me to see that I am scanning all my items (only 2 items) I felt uncomfortable as she was watching me so I asked her what she is doing and why are you watching me? She said I just wanted to move from the door because it was cold. Right, when I left she moved away and went back to her original spot. I looked back and saw the rest of the shoppers were white with shopping carts full of groceries so why is she monitoring me? This is not the first time I have experienced this at whole foods check out, but if you are a minority they will be watching you very closely and make you feel uncomfortable. F*** you *** you are a racist b****

As a long time customer. The ******************************************* on Union Square in Manhattan is going down hill **** instance I shop here because of certain produce I like for my family that I can't get where I live. Lets start with the bakery it use to be clean an bright and beautiful now its old and stale looking pastries not acceptable I got sick off a cheesecake ! .Now the security that whole foods employs needs to be re-evaluated ASAP ! They flirt with female customers way too much and there is to much fraternizing among them this is a supermarket not a meet an greet its uncomfortable .I like the one ****** in harlem *** is better its clean the staff is very professional and well mannered and the food is very fresh and the lines are not to the back of the store .As a customer please look in to this or I will no longer shop to whole foods.

When I purchase food from Whole Foods, I expect the products to be all natural. The green icing on the cupcakes we purchased from the bakery section tasted so terrible, we looked to the ingredients to find the offensive flavor. I was surprised to see the ingredient "Polysorbate 60" listed for these "Kiddie Cupcakes" marketed to children. The "Whole Foods Market Kiddie Cupcakes" were purchased at the Whole Foods in Wynnewood on September 24, 2022. This ingredient is linked to "detrimental reproductive effects, organ toxicity and cancer in high doses" according to "Healthy Living." I am writing this review because I recently found this ingredient in another product at the same Whole Foods. It was a new brand, so I looked at the ingredients before I purchased it and reported it to a store employee. Since I already reported this problematic ingredient to the store and they seem to be condoning the use of this ingredient, I saw no purpose in re-reporting. If the store is lowering its standards for shelf life of the baked goods, they need to display a sign for those goods that contain a synthetic, ergo, unnatural ingredient; this is especially important when marketing a product towards children. Otherwise, "Whole Foods" is misleading the customer. Remember, safe levels of carcinogens are measured against adult males, not children. The website software is forcing me provide a star-rating for this business in order to submit. Although it was not my intent to provide a rating, I am choosing one star for the Whole Foods bakery section only of the store.

Whole Foods Market keeps me healthy, and all of my business experiences with any of its stores have been top-notch. They are a very reputable and caring company that truly adds to consumers' health and satisfaction. Every store is delightful to visit. And no chemical cleaning smells either!
