This is a great alternative to overpriced ACA ObamaCare solutions. I love the HealthShare option and what it stands for! netWell offers a variety of membership options to accommodate different healthcare needs and budgets. These options include the Advantage Plan or a Catastrophic Option among others, designed for those seeking coverage for major medical events at lower costs. Each option is part of netWell's commitment to providing healthcare solutions through a **************************** (HCSM), where members share healthcare costs One of the best decisions I ever made. www.netWell.com

Their standard answer is no. They deny everything regardless of whether it should be covered according to their plan and you have to fight to appeal it. AVOID NETWELL AT ALL COSTS!NetWell Healthshare

Ive been a member of several health shares, and have not found one that fit my needsuntil I was recommended by friends to look into netwell. My experience has been hands down THE BEST! The people are so pleasant, and always willing to go the extra mile if I need further clarification or assistance. Ive only had to call a few times, once to find a provider in my area, again, when I had an unexpected emergent health issue. I really love the fact that this is not traditional ***************** as Im spoken to in such a compassionate, kind manner; not just by a social security number like health insurance companies speak to you, when calling them. These people go the extra mile. Top tier customer service, The woman I spoke to, ********, even politely asked if I would mind being addressed by my first name! It is a ********* *********************** however, you can feel like yourself when you call, theres never been a push of religion on you. Netwell is much cheaper than my insurance was, that I paid almost $1700 a month for! Im grateful I do not visit the doctor much, but when I do, Ive always had netwell to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this health share. Definitely UNLIKE the rest!!!! Ive been a netwell member for quite some time. I would recommend netwell to anyone looking for an affordable option to big commercial health insurance companies. Netwell has always been very thorough, and transparent about everything. Huge bonus that they offer prayer to their members for any reason! Im so pleased with the programs they have to offer, and even more happier my providers are in network!NetWell Healthshare

We switched to netWell in January 2023 and had a great experience initially. As with most of the rest of the country, we were tired of insurance premiums and their lack of coverage, so we switched to a less traditional coverage with netWell after a lot of research and contemplation. This year after a bout with *****, I ended up having heart issues. For the first time in my life, I went to see a cardiologist. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of the nightmare, rather than the beginning of healing and getting relief. As one would assume, dealing with heart issues has been extremely unnerving. After a total run around with netWell for over five weeks, they have decided that I have a preexisting condition and will not cover the further testing that my cardiologist has ordered. When I called to inquire about what I could do at this point, I was given very vague answers that don't apply to my case. I was also told that "a clinician" reported their findings. Apparently a netWell "clinician" trumps a cardiologist. I indeed do NOT have a preexisting as stated by the cardiologist. The lady I spoke to in pre-authorization was quite rude and condescending to me when I spoke to her, offering no compassion, no help, no answers. I am at a spot where I need to have these tests as a measure of preventative care. It seems netWell would rather have a potential ICU stay or worse on their hands. The handling of my care makes me unable to recommend netWell to anyone, which is unfortunate, because prior to this, we would have recommended them to anyone (and we did). Companies like them have the chance to change the industry standards for health insurance, but they have proven to be just like the rest - a total scam with a lack of compassion for their customers.NetWell Healthshare

netWell has their own definition of pre-existing condition that is not what hospitals or the medical industry in general uses and they deny everything as a pre-existing condition even if it doesn't really fit their definition, or they don't have direct proof that circumstances fit their definition. The "appeals" process is opaque and lacks all due process.I have the whole story written out and am happy to share but BBB doesn't allow for that many characters in a review.I'm very happy to answer questions. I will be contacting my states and netWell's states attorney generals as well as legal council. I'm not the first person to bring suit against netWell for basically this reason. You can find more on the internet, look it up. I'd be happy to answer questions but BBB won't allow me to leave my email address.NetWell Healthshare
