    I had already decided to sell my mineral rights when I received Caddo Minerals' offer to purchase them. Caddo's offer was higher than similar ones, so I called them. My first question was whether the price was negotiable. Their *** said yes, so we negotiated to an amount I felt more comfortable with. Everything after that was smooth and exactly as their *** described. I highly recommend Caddo Minerals as straightforward and honest.

    ************************* and CADDO minerals delivered everything as promised accurately and on time. ******************* was very good with communication and status updates. I never had to call. My questions were all answered clearly. There was no pressure. I've received offers from them for several years. When the time was right to sell, I researched other buyers and CADDO was a good decision. I highly recommend them.
