    I placed an order on 5/13/24 for the rose water facial mist. I have received no tracking information, nobody has responded to my emails, and they ignored my comments on TikTok.

    Made a purchase in January it is coming towards the end of march I contact this company through all social media platforms in their comments and personal messages and customer service email and still no response.I don't know what's happening with this company they claim they are backed up on order but are seen doing flash sales and owner taking many vacations

    I placed an order (Order #*****, totaling $115.49) on September 3, 2024. My order processed and my payment was collected. I understood that the order could take up to 20 business days to ship. However, upon checking the status of my order, after the a lot of timeframe, my order still stated processed. My first outreach to the company was via email on November 22, 2024, asking for an update on my over. I have reached out to the main and customer services emails every month since then and have not received any responses. I also reached out to the owner of the company via ******, for the first time, on November 30, 2024. He responded advising Absolutely thank you for your message. Ill check in with our team and get you reshipped following the holiday ??. I have never heard back from his team and since then he has not responded to my follow up messages via TikTok. I am very upset that I spent over $100 on his products and have never received them nor have I received any responses to my emails.

    Purchased products online (order #****) from company Guderich on February 02, 2024. Guderich charged me a total of $60.40 for three products. I received an email on August 8, 2024 with a tracking number for delivery of the order through the courier ***** Tracking # **********************.According to the tracking number, the package was marked as delivered in/at mailbox on November 8, 2024.I contacted **** on November 9 for help because the package was not there. According to an **** representative, the sender (Guderich) wrote the delivery address on the package as something different than what I had provided to the company. I provided the company with my home address as the delivery address. So essentially, the package was delivered to an incorrect address due to Guderichs error. I have contacted Guderich numerous times since my order placement on February 02, 2024 through their email address: [email protected] have only ever received automated responses from Guderich with no real solutions to resolve the issues involving shipment, delivery, or refund of my purchase. The company only has an email address for customers to contact them regarding any issues.The company has consistently failed to deliver on the promised goods. Guderich has continued to remain elusive and difficult to contact. Guderich has failed to reach out and find a reasonable resolution to the problems arising do to their ineffectiveness and shameful failure to fulfill their obligations.

    I placed the order on September 25, 2024. I have yet to receive this order. I have emailed and received no response about the status on this package. I ordered two of the rosewater sprays.

    I placed an order for skincare products from ********. I placed my order on June 29, 2024 and have yet to get the products order a refund. I followed instructions and emailed ******************* with no response on 8/7/24, 8/14/24 & 9/8/24. I received no response via their customer. I then reached out to owner *** ********** via Instagram on 9/8/24 and sent screenshots of order confirmation email and unanswered emails I sent to customer service. On September 12, 2024 I received a response back informing me that they will ship out my order September 13, 2024. When I did not receive a shipping confirmation or products I reached back out to *** ********** via email and received no response. I'm looking to receive the products ordered or a full refund.

    Ordered product on February 4th 2024 and got a confirmation email and card was charged. Still have never received product it is now September 4th 2024. In July/ August this business/person is being called out online by others for also never getting their packages. So august 9th I received an email that a shipping label has been created. On august 22nd I get an email asking for review of my order or that if you havent received your product yet to wait on a review and email them first. I email them with provided email and information they asked for. Never hear back. I go onto the business/persons TikTok and see other people commenting about still not receiving any package or response to their emails as well. I comment my experience. He responses by sending me a direct message to my inbox asking for the order number. I give it to him. I receive an email august 25th that they will be delivering my package to **** today-Wednesday, august 27th. Wednesday comes and he direct messages me they will be delivering it to **** tomorrow, Thursday august 28th. It is now September 4th and it has never been dropped off to ****. They have never responded to any of my emails. Ive sent multiple about never receiving my order. Hes stopped replying to anyones comments or direct messages. But he has still been sending out emails about discounts and having sales and making videos promoting his product with out ever sending it out.

    I first saw Gderich Skincare through social media, specifically TikTok. I went ahead and made a purchase back in March 28, 2024 @11:55pm CDT and my money was withdrew on the 29th. I ordered the le venrose hydromist 6oz spray. The hydromist itself is priced at $41 but I paid $41.90. The subtotal being $41, shipping $5, discount -$4.10, sales tax $0, and finally total $41.90. I first reached out through their business email: ******************* on May ****** and the second told on June 2nd, 2024. Because I was receiving no information I went as far to DM them on their Instagram on June ******* @checkoutjon. Till this day I have not received my order and continue to receive emails about deals on their website.

    On June 18th I emailed their customer service team ********************* as directed on their website about my order that had been placed on April 23 but not delivered. There was no update or contact about the status of the order in the two months that had lapsed. On June 21 and 27 I emailed again to more silence. They are violating FTC policy, which I informed them of in my final email. I have decided instead of simply asking my bank to DJ a chargeback, to file a complaint with the BBB and have a public record of their bad business dealings. I would like the amount of $55.20 refunded to my credit card

    I placed an order on February 4th 2024 for your La Venrose Hydromist February Weekend 1 buy one get one free and have yet to receive any updates. It says it is still pending, yet my payment made through Afterpay has been made in full. I have emailed them and only received and automated response about them process of them emailing me back.
