I had ordered a product from the businesss website on March 13th. Even though I was aware of the shipping policy on the business site, mentioning it would take between 4 to 7 business days for products to ship, but apparently theres a high demand in orders so it will take longer than 7 days for orders to reach customers, it has been two months now since I made my order, I still dont have it and Ive read other reviews on Reddit saying it took them at least 3 or 4 months to receive what they have ordered, or that they never received their orders at all. I have paid $24.99 in total for my order, my order number for the transaction is #****. Lots of people have tried reaching out and complaining to the owner of this business, one person has mentioned that the owner has cursed them out and was rude towards them when they mentioned to him about not receiving their owner. Some people including me now feels like the whole business is a scam, the owner happens to be a TikTok influencer also. Ive also emailed the customer service address that was provided on the website, that was sometime last month, and I still have no answers.Initial Complaint

Repeated attempts to inquire about the order's status have gone unanswered, and the products still show as "Pending fulfillment."**Whether the business has tried to resolve the problem:** The business has not provided any updates or attempted to resolve the issue despite previous inquiries made on February 13, 2024, and May 7, 2024. It seems that this business is scamming people. After not receiving an update on my order after 2 weeks and contacting them in every way possible (social media, email, phone calls) I still havent gotten an answer. It pushed me to start doing some research and my findings led me to believe they are scamming everyone. Theres countless of posts and comments where people are paying and receiving nothing. I will link a reddit thread of people having the same problem.Please dont just have them refund me. On 12/23/2023 I placed an order for a product costing around $41. I received no communication from the company outside of an auto-reply email when I contacted them regarding the order on 1/11/2024 and 3/14/2024, as well as an email sending me my tracking number. The status of my order on the **** website has been "Pre-Shipment, Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item" since 2/2. Their website FAQ page says orders should take around 4-7 business days for the orders to ship, but due to holiday demand, orders can be expected to be shipped in 20+ days. Even so, I never heard back from the company reassuring me that my order will ever be sent out. This lack of communication plus the 3 months I have waited for this product (that has already been paid for) leaves me with little to no confidence I will ever receive my product. At this point I just want a refund instead of waiting for an unknown amount of time to maybe receive the product. I made two purchases from Guderich skincare on November 25, 2023 (Order Numbers 7154 and 7155). On December 10, 2023 my orders were updated with tracking numbers stating the labels had been created. Movement did not occur and ******** had changed there shipping to 20+ and since I didnt have a picture of the old policy with fewer days, I gave time. However, on social media multiple people were complaining of the same issue that they were not receiving their orders and months had gone by and the customer service email does not reply outside of an initial automated response email. The owner continues to promote the product across social media and even stated they added more staff to address customer service complaints but this has proven untrue. On January 23, 2024 I emailed customer service asking for an update on my order and received no response. I checked tracking again last week and it showed my orders had been shipped February 9th and delivered between February 14th and 15th. I had checked my mailbox during this time and no Guderich packages were received. I contacted my post office on Tuesday February 20, 2024 after the holiday and asked them why my packages were shown as delivered but they were not. The post office looked into it and informed me that ******** gave me the wrong tracking numbers and the packages associated with those tracking numbers were delivered to the correct recipient and address and that I needed to contact the seller. I emailed the seller on February 20, 2024 with URGENT in the header requesting the correct tracking within 2 hours and letting them know how awful this service has been and that if I did not receive a response I would be contacting the BBB and reporting the purchase as fraud since they are falsifying information to say they delivered a product. I also sent the owner a message on TikTok asking for assistance. Over 24 hours later, the only response has been the automated email you receive when you email customer service.Initial Complaint

Ordered on 10/7/2023, on 11/8/2023 I received an email saying my order was shipping along with the tracking number. Since I received that email, I have checked multiple times a day, and **** has still not received my order/package to ship to me. The status has remained the same since that day, "A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.". Unfortunately, GDERICH does not have a phone number listed on their website to call and they do not respond to emails. I have personally sent at least 3 and I have never received a response. GDERICH has also sent emails that say, "Every order was originally quoted to take 4-7 business days, but due to high demand and our commitment to quality, shipment times might extend beyond our initial quote" which I can definitely understand, but how do we go from it taking 7 days to ship, to now it being 77 days since I ordered? GDERICH also states, "If you've prematurely disputed your order, it's imperative to cancel the dispute immediately. Disputing an order you've agreed to constitutes a breach of our contract. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.". This sounds kind of threatening considering that GDERICH breached the contract by not shipping within the times they quoted. I just want my money back because if they haven't shipped it yet, its not coming.Initial Complaint

I ordered a rose water skin care spray from an online shop that a TikTok user is promoting on their platform. If you check his TikTok account @checkoutjon and look into the comments, youll see that a lot of people have been complaining about not receiving orders placed more than 2 months ago. I placed an order on October 6th and have yet to even see my item being shipped out. Its been almost 2 months now. Each time I try to contact support, I just get some automated filler email. I now see a lot of people online who are also complaining that they havent gotten their orders. I think this company takes peoples money and never sends product by saying theyre still working on it. I want a refund.
