    I purchased a product due to all the good reviews on 10/3/23. I saw that their shipping times are slow but that was ok. I received a shipment notification on 10/21 but it only showed pre-shipment notification and that **** is still awaiting on the item. As of today 11/17 the tracking information has not changed. *** tried to reach out to the company via their email as requested, but only receive automated replies. They also stated that they will delete reviews on their site if you havent received the item, makes me wonder how many reviews they delete. At this point I just want my money back and no more dealings with this company

    I placed an order with this company on August 22, 2023, i had placed orders twice before with this company and had no issues but this time it was taking unusually long for my order to be fulfilled & received. After a few weeks went by, I sent the company a few emails, maybe about 2 or 3 emails inquiring about my order to which i had gotten no response. After putting in a dispute through afterpay for the order the first time, the company finally decided to respond threatening legal action but still no updates as to why my order had not been shipped out. After another few weeks of no updates or communication, i sent some more emails inquiring about my order & asking for them to just cancel the order, refund my money & keep the product, again, no responses, i then left a negative review on the site, that's when i got an email about the review (seeming to me they only reach out when something negative is done that will affect them, i.e. the dispute & the negative review), still no updates as to why my order has STILL not been shipped out, since that email (October 5th, 2023), the company claimed they would ship the order out but it's now been another month since that claim & there STILL (as of November 6th, 2023) hasn't been any updates in tracking information, communication or responses as to why i have not received this order. After cancelling the first dispute to give them a bit more of a grace ****** after they finally decided to respond to me, I put in another dispute for the order October 31st, i since have gotten zero responses from this company. They continue to ignore my ********************** for a product that i PAID for, but they refuse to refund my money. I do not appreciate giving someone my money for a product & getting scammed & ignored on top of that. I have attached several screenshots of the emails, dates, the order number & date, tracking information, & the amount i paid for the order in question.
