    Same as everyone below me - ordered 9/17, no shipping confirmation although they took my payment, and no response other than 1 from @checkoutjon when I commented on his TikTok, to which he responded and asked for my order number then assured me he/the team was on the case. Its been radio silence since, and that was in November. Ive reached out on other tiktok videos, since hes still actively posting and responding to other commenters, Instagram and email.

    I wish 0 stars was possible. This is perhaps the worst company *** ever ordered anything from. The orders take forever to come in, literally MONTHS after the case. And thats if the correct product even comes. I ordered the large rose facial spray, obviously paid that price, and received the small one. (The spray nozzle is trash btw. It is NOT a mist. It might as well be a water gun.) **************** (I wouldnt call it that. They dont actually serve or assist the customer in anyway) is nonexistent. They didnt exchange my order. Never received that. And they dont offer refunds, even if its THEIR ERROR. You will go nuts trying to correct any situation that arises with them. And considering it takes so long to get your order, it isnt worth it anyways. Theres no way to be consistent as you need to be with skincare when you cant depend on your products actually coming in.This is either an incredibly poorly run business owned by someone with absolutely no business acumen or its a scam. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

    I placed about a large order with this company back in October of last year.Despite several emails and questions about my order progress and status, I still have NOT received my order. The most I have ever gotten was that a shipment has been placed with a shipping label. No product has ever been delivered. Their company website states no refunds are given. I am now wanting a refund, as I of course no longer desire their product or to do business with this company. Please let me know if you would like the email history that I have pertaining to this formal complaint. I would be so relieved if you can help me get my money back.

    Worst company ever. Skincare is not a joke. Their products DO work, but youll receive them over a month later. We all know you need to be CONSISTENT for skincare to stay working. The founder (***) will condescendingly reply to an angry comment, proceed with deleting his comment so he doesnt look bad, and then block you. They keep selling products but wont meet the demands of it. Over a month later and Im STILL waiting for my order. No response in emails, IG direct messages or comments, AND not on TikTok.

    Zero stars. I ordered products on November 18, 2023 and received a shipping notification on December 10, 2023 that said it was on its way. I never received the order, and none of my emails were responded to. I sent probably 10 or more since mid-December asking to please check the status of my order. No response to any. Terrible business practice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I bought two products on October 10, 2023. It is now November 15, 2023 and I havent received the products. During this time I had to change addresses, so I reached out to let GDERICH know. No response. I sent another email to ask to cancel the order and just refund me. No response. I sent a third email to let them know I officially moved so hoping to change the shipping address. No response. A shipping label was created with **** on November 8th but nothing has been received by the carrier yet so. I dont know its just seeming a little fishy to me. At this point Im assuming ******** is a scam and I pretty much accepted that I just wasted $80. I closed the card which I used to purchase the products too so I cant even dispute the charge.
