      sales person misled me as to costs. told me it would be $40 quarterly but was $40 monthly with service quarterly. When i called the office they told me they would cancel but it would cost me $200. Manager wouldnt help

      A sales representative showed up at my door and refused to leave even after pointing at the no soliciting sign. He proceeded to stand in the road in front of my house belittling me as he rode off on his hoverboard. Please teach your sales people to learn to read signs, I know you probably pitch for people to ignore them but this is going to get someone hurt.

      They need to train their door to door sales people when there is a sign on the door with NO SOLICITATION it is illegal for them to proceed to knock!

      ****, we're very sorry to hear that your "No Soliciting" sign was disregarded. While it's not illegal in most areas to approach a home with such a sign, we fully agree that our representatives should always respect a homeowners request not to be disturbed.

      In *********, a "No Solicitation" sign generally prohibits all forms of door-to-door solicitation, including commercial sales. This includes sales, charitable solicitations, and political canvassing. The presence of a sign or the fact that an address is registered on a "No Solicitation" list makes it illegal for anyone to solicit at that address.

      Incompetent service people Unclear terms and conditions Scammers The door to door sales person told me its a 6 months contract and his machine wasnt working and he will get to office and correct it. I signed up trusting him. He went ahead and updated it to 12 months contract. I am now stuck with paying for a **************** and rude customer care people for nothing. NEVER EVER USE THESE SCAMMERS

      I do not recommend this business. I have multiple no soliciting signs on my front door and in 2024 and now in 2025. *** had multiple solicitations for this business. I told them multiple times do not knock on my door. I have called corporate and now I am leaving a review on Better Business Bureau please I do not recommend this business. Each time Ive told the sales people do not knock on my door and they were rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them when in ******** no soliciting signs are enforceable. Again I want to emphasize. Do not use this business.

      We had a guy come to our house and wanted us to switch. Essentially after hearing him out we told him no because the company we have now if just better for us. He got very hostile and rude, kept changing the price on us. We again said no because we didnt want to be under contract, He told us there is a no contract, contract we just want you to try us out for 18 months. He then proceeded to bring us how this is a family business (clearly a lie) and that he provides for his sister and brother because his parents are both out of the picture. And he needs our sale to be able to afford ******************** and car payments. He just wouldnt stop, after saying no at least 10 times he just kept pushing. Very unprofessional and rude.

      Overpriced scam. We were locked into a very expensive contract for a year. I did not see any improvement in ants, which was the reason they were supposed to be coming. I attempted to cancel with a month left in our contract, which technically meant we lost money as they did not come out the last time. They were adamant that I had to pay the additional $60 to cancel my account. I explained the math both by email and phone that they had actually made money off of me by not coming the last time and making the final payment. However, they were insistent on getting their money. Absolute scam and would never recommend them.

      They make you sign contract and if you move they dont care. Additionally, they do not help on removing mosquitoes. We had to repeatedly show them where to spray. And made only a small difference

      This company is a fraud. I signed up for service and the service guy came to my house and walked around the perimeter, he did a little spray on the outside and then left right away, not even 10 minutes. I had requested that they fumigate my entire yard for chiggers and bugs. I called the company right away and told them I wanted to cancel this service as what they provided was completely unacceptable. The company told me I would still have to pay for early cancellation. I explained that the gentleman that came to my house did absolutely nothing and I did not want their service. They would not accept my request and told that I still had to pay. The sent me to collections and now I am being hounded by a collection agency for $163.20 for the worse no-service from this company.

      If anyone is on auto pay with this company, please check the service vs payment dates. I was supposed to be charged every 3 months. Today I received a notice dated 5 January that my payment was late. It seems my auto pay was stopped somehow but they still had my credit card number, curious! To establish some history, I got a service from **** on 31 October. They auto drafted my credit card on 1 November. They recently came to service on 31 December and attempted an auto drafted on 2 January which is only 2 months. When I called to try and understand why I was being told I was late when 3 months was 1 February. They said they charge within 2 weeks of the service. By charging me every 2 months I would pay (I have to check cc statements to see if I wasnt being overcharged) an additional $300.00 a year! Our agreement was payment would be taken every 3 months not when a service was completed.
