  I have been a customer of Ardent for years. I just wanted to take a second to say how much I appreciate this business. They come every quarter and provide a great service. I rarely have any issues or need additional treatments, however I have ask twice I think in the last 8-9 years and they have responded immediately. Their customer service is supper and the representatives they send to your home are very professional and do an awesome job. They are very caring and take pride in their work. Pablo was hear today and I wanted to let that young man know I appreciated him and Ardent should be very proud of how he represents their company to customers.

  They charged me $300 to come do their cheapest pest control service that they have. They told me that it would be $49 each time they came out and then charged me every month and when I called them about why I kept getting charged every month, they told me they forgot to come spray the last time. I had also asked for them to give me a phone call or text when they were coming and never got that either. They are just trying to get peoples money and not provide the service in return.

  (in my opinion) Alta's door to door sales team are shady characters at best that could care less about the product they are forcing on you or they are down right crooks at worst. To make matters worse, they now solicit large tips for their exterminators. After one service I was contacted about providing a substantial tip for the ten minutes worth of work that was done. I was informed that their spider killer technicians were heroes and front line workers hence deserved to be paid more (I can't make this up.). The thought that instantly came to mind was why doesn't Alta pay their employees more rather than try to guilt trip their customers into subsidizing their pay. I had many neighbors who I talked to complain of ALL the same tactics, pushy rude sales people and subpar work done followed by an ADDITIONAL suggested ****! I will tell everyone who will listen of my horrible experiences with Alta. Be forewarned, do not do business with these people at all costs. This is not a family run customer first pest ********************** company. This is like using a used car dealership for your pests. You never know what you're getting and they are always lying to you. DO NOT SIGN any contracts. The sales people lie about what you are signing as well. Slam the door if you see Alta coming.

  This company leaves a lot to be desired. They had a neighborhood representative out and with special offer. Which was great, offering a deal of $157, a $250 discount and quarterly treatments. We were all for it, until a card we never use was compromised within hours. Only to be further victimized by an onslaught of e-mails to pay the monthly charges of $55, because the card was canceled. They we less than up front that it would cost $600.00 for the 3 remaining treatments. of which, 2 of those would be in winter when there isn't an ant problem and probably snow. Getting anyone to answer or even acknowledge a problem on their part is like trying to talk to a wall. I'm sure they are going to harass me until I pay them to go away, the $250 discount, not including the time wasted listening to some office person drone on about how great their (overpriced) product is. Plus, we still have ANTS!

  This company is terrible!!! They dont show up when promised and they are way over priced!!! And when they do show they do a terrible job!!! They also claim to give you a discount but really they take more money from you

  They knocked on my door two years ago and I have been using them ever since. They knocked again today and asked how things are going, couldn't be happier! Especially surprised by how effective the mosquito control has been
