      Terrible, **********************. There blitz sells people that walk door to door lie about their services say the come out monthly, but in reality they come out quarterly to spray but still bill you monthly. Truthfully after they first came out and sprayed I had never seen the ants so bad around my house as if their spray has something to attract them so you call them back out just for them to bill you and get more money out of you! They are extremely pushy and do not take no for an answer! Do not fall for their trap!!!!

      Hired Alta Pest Control to spray my yard one time!!! Paid them...(59dollars) They kept billing me...I kept cancelling whatever they were doing! I have only lived in my house 4 months they now have sent ****** to collection! DO THE ******* *** they only visited my house one time !! Wish I had checked here before doing business with them

      DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Salesman came to our house and wasn't honest on their service and was deceiving on price. They charged more than what he said they would. The cancellation fee is a hefty price. Never noticed a change in bugs or spiders. Don't waste your time and money.

      Received an invoice stating that Jxxx performed service today (10/16) at our residence along with a list of the chemicals used in the service. We did not, however, have any Alta personnel show up today. I was home the entire day. I also checked the camera footage which confirmed that fact.

      poor communication with the company Numerous phone calls and no remediation. The company took $177 from my checking account without my knowledge. I just received a bill from ALTA for the afore mentioned $177. the first $177 for service no performed, but due to be done. No service yet. I have not contacted them about the second $177 billing. No one seems to be responsible for straightening this out. I have tried to cancel all service, but they want around $700 for the cancellation.any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

      Their door-to-door salesperson ignored my no soliciting sign & when the sign was pointed out, they persisted in selling, telling me that I would be bitten by a brown recluse. When I began to close the door, they became (even more) insulting. Even if I wanted pest control, I would never give them my money after such a rude experience.

      I'm on my second round of treatments and I can't notice much difference if any. I've had to treat my yard with mosquito control spray since my first application and I'm not sure if it did anything for the fire ants and or spiders. I will see what happens after the second application but I don't hold high hopes for it.

      A young man came to our door today eating a frozen ice cycle while trying to solicited. He stated he serviced another address in the area but couldn't give me the customers name or address. Surely an imposter.

      ***** in **************** was quick to respond and follow up on a pest problem I was having out in *********. Their technician **** was as thorough as possible in eliminating the wasps/hornets and alerting me to potential future problems.

      Paying for services that arent being done. Still have misquotes and spiders. Seen them once and have been charged every month for nothing. Cant find a contact number. I want my money back and to cancel this immediately. I do not approve these transactions for things that arent being done. Cancel my account and pay me back my money and close your business!! Quit lying and scamming people.
