My husband had talked to **** ****** a year ago, from Austin Pro, on siding our house. We choose not to have it done. This year we decided to get bids and we remembered **** and gave him a call. We are sure glad, he remembered my husband. He came out and gave us a bid for not only siding but new windows. **** ******* was the project manager for our windows. What a professional crew. ***** was one of his crew, what a nice person. **** was hands on the entire day. We love our window and the excellent work they did for us. ***** ****** and ******* ***** were the siding guys. What a fantastic job they did on our 48 year old home. ***** was tge painter. All I can say is WOW. Out standing crew. Every person who worked on our house were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Austin Pro went far beyond our expectations. Our experiece with Austin Pro and all their staff was outstanding. Thankyou ****** *********

5 starsthere were a number of things that stood out to me.. no pressure salesmanship... facts, figures, and suggestions.. really refreshing.. little to no impact to us and neighbors... they did their best to keep the area clean, uncluttered, and safe.. the crew was diligent, courteous and really knowledgeable.. I was going for a roof that was durable and low maintenance... to say the end product is stunning, as well, might be an understatement.. extremely impressed!Review fromCal C

5 starsIt's funny but I've never had Austin Pro replace an entire roof because they've had the integrity to do repairs as needed rather than sell me a roof I didn't need yet. My contact there is *****, and he is able to see a problem and send out the right person to do the repair -- and make sure they do it right. From start to finish Austin pro went above and beyond to make my siding beautiful using top of the line ***** ****** siding. I did an exhaustive and extensive search on the best siding companies in town with A +++ better business bureau ratings and customer satisfaction ratings. After having 4 companies do estimates, Austin Pro came out on top. They really gained my trust with their professionalism and experience. Any house remodel project can be a stressful experience and they really helped to reduce that stress by making sure I understood the process every step of the way. All of the workers were incredibly professional and had great attention to detail. I am so incredibly happy with how beautiful the house looks with all new siding. They even provided a free color analysis from a color expert. They had a crew come out after it was all finished and fixed up any minor issues. They really took the time to walk around the house and make sure it was perfect! I'll be recommending Austin pro to everyone. I had a bit of a siding emergency due to a black mold infestation in a newly purchased home. While several other siding contractors in the area would not take on my project as it did not meet their minimum, **** and Austin Pro came to my rescue. They promptly and professionally replaced the area of siding that I needed completed so my remediation team could continue. Great job on this 46 year old house. Looks new on the outside now. They worked fast, cleaned up, painted nicely, cleaned up some more and followed up with every aspect of our work. Their price was awesome and the entire experience went really well. 100% happy. Yes I would recommend. Dishonest company. Sadly it took me 4 years to discover Austin Pro did not install the windows I ordered and was listed on contract I signed. During this year's spring cleaning of windows, I noticed a sticker marked: Norandex Windows. I had ordered ******** Reflections 5500 Windows. Neither the salesman or window coordinator work there anymore. I was given ridiculous excuses when I called. I called Norandex to confirm and the very nice humans in *********, where Norandex is based, confirmed these were "Norandex Perfexion Platinum" windows.
