    The first mistake I made was buying a pair of batting gloves for over $100. But thats what he wanted so I got them. They were so thin that it was like wearing nothing. His hands hurt every time he swung the bat. I called the company to see if I could exchange them for something thicker, as he had only worn them to one practice and they were useless. The companys representative said I couldnt exchange them since they had been worn. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would have them call me. Of course, they did not. I called again and again with the same result. No one ever called. I was so disappointed in this company and my nephew was broken-hearted. Now the only recourse is to make their poor customer service known all over social media so everyone will know not to support this company. They dont care how many customers they lose. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS (which are extremely over-priced to begin with).

    It was false advertising company will not stand by the product, said lifetime guarantee. My son bought gloves with his own money that he saved they cost $125 dollars total started to rip after 4 th game. What a rip off , a cheap pair of gloves from Dicks last longer. Contacted them for a replacement, had the audacity to offer me a pair at 50 per cent off. Still waiting to hear from management! Poor customer service.. disappointing for a 11yr old boy who saved up to buy them . Made in ******* and worst than made *****!!

    While my boys want these long cuff batting gloves (because everyone has them), I WILL NOT be buying another pair!In May 2023, I purchased a pair for my middle son. We ordered a medium after using their fitting guide. They were too small, so I initiated a return for them and ordered a new pair in size large. The tracking shows they received the gloves on May 22, 2023 and as of today, August 21, 2023 I still have not gotten a refund for the returned pair. I've called 9 times, with nobody answering their phones during their published business hours of 11am - 3pm CST. I've sent two emails and get the same reponse of "Sorry it is taking longer than expected to receive a refund, but please be patient and it will be taken care of shortly."I am myself a business owner and I cannot believe they can run a business this way.
