      Hi, I'm my name is *********************** and I am the owner and creator of TheTSpa. My Te was in Sipsby boxes. When I received news that Sipsby was closing I filled out forms to receive my inventory back. My emails have not been answered and I more recently my emails are blocked, still no answer. I would like answer and my inventory back.

      I had a subscription and never received tea for the past 3 months. I have contacted the company multiple times for over a month and no response. I would like someone from the company to contact me to discuss a refund.

      I have sent 7 different emails and NONE get answered. I am asking for a refund because they are saying they are discontinuing the monthly service. NO ANSWER!!

      I have reached out q few times through email about this issue but recently for the past couple of months I have not been able to pull up the web browser to go into my account as it currently is saying that it is not supported through Chrome or Firefox and I still recieve my box but I want to buy actual tea and I can't do that. Please fix your issues so I can go back to properly enjoying my tea

      I was offered a free box through my phone carrier. Fortunately I was not asked to enter my credit card info like so many people have mentioned. At first, a couple weeks went by and I reached out to customer service (via email since there is no correct phone number to speak of). They responded with a tracking number that just gave a 404 error when clicking on it. Once more I reached out letting them know that the link did not work and they provided another tracking number. I waited longer and eventually found out via the tracking # link that the post carrier had disposed of the package with no reason stated. I have since reached out to Sips By several time and received zero response. I am an avid tea drinker and was excited to try a new selection. The non-existent customer service from this company has made sure I will never buy anything from Sips By. Based on the other reviews on this site and several others, it looks like I dodged a massive bullet. Shameful behaviour by a supposedly woman owned company. By the way, the only phone number associated with this business goes to some guy named **** who has apparently gotten so many calls about this bogus company that he has changed his voicemail to say "I am not associated with any business". Do better

      I have been a Sips by customer since getting a six month subscription as a gift in 2020. Ive had no issues with billing or delivery. The website is easy to use. I have discovered so many new teas and tea brands from around the world with my monthly subscription box. Some have become my favorite teas. I like the tea description cards because they make me excited to try the teas that were selected for me that month. I have used many subscription box services and this is one of my favorites! I even got my sister a subscription. Also I like supporting women-owned businesses as my mother was an entrepreneur. There are many reasons why Im a big fan of this company!

      Ive been a subscriber for 2 years and was mostly happy, but the past 6 months my boxes have inexplicably stopped processing, as in my payment goes through and the website shows my order is personalizing but the box does not get mailed. I have contacted them countless times via their support email and have never received anything other than an automated response. Two separate months Ive contacted the business via BBB and only then did the boxes show up (late, but they came) but never with an explanation or apology. This is the third strike in that a months box never shipped and the website acts like it never existed (despite being paid for), and again no response to numerous emails. For a business thats a monthly subscription, fulfilling subscriptions is the entirety of their purpose. For 6 months they have failed to fix whatever glitch is preventing my orders from going through, AND they have been non-responsive. Be warned that they are not reliable.
