      I signed up for a three month subscription and never received a confirmation or any sort of email from them however they charged my card instantly I also never received the product either. This company is an absolute scam, there are over 30 other people with the same issue! WARNING: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.

      If I can give them zero stars I will.The most awful customer service!They never returned my money! I had a one year subscription. I asked them to stop sending me the awful tea after 3 boxes.They are con artists, they buy old expired tea, put random tea pages in a box and ship it.The worst experience I do NOT recommend them!

      Hi ***, I am so sorry for such a frustrating experience! I do show that you had a gift subscription that started in April of 2021. We process refunds to the gift recipient, only gift purchasers. I see you reached out to our TEAm who offered you several solutions, but we did not hear back.       I ordered a subscription for my aunt for her BD and cancelled it so it would not renew in 6 months. I was billed again for another 6 months despite the cancellation. unbelievable! now I need to contact them and argue for reimbursement.
