    We had an amazing experience with the Mr ********************** team recently. We have two buildings on our property and both AC units went out at the same time. Mr ********************** came out and replaced a whole system and fixed the other in a few hours! Not only was the install quick, it even looked prettier and cleaner than before! We were grateful to have such experts to help us out with both units.

    Late last year during a cold spell, my furnace would not work. I had a service contract with a well-known company and expected immediate service when I called and reported the problem. I informed them of the situation and my age (81). At that very instant I was told that a technician would arrive that day to assess the problem and make repairs. Later, I was informed that other emergencies had arisen and the service would be delayed a few days; this was unsatisfactory.I was irritated and called another heating and a/c service; Mr. ********************** ******************************************** The gentleman (*****) told me he would be out later that day.***** found the problem and a temporary fix was made. After the temporary fix, a permanent fix was made to my complete satisfaction; motor replacement. I had to email Mr. **********************, on one occasion with a request. To my amazement, I received a reply within 15 minutes; I didn't expect a reply until the next day - most businesses are usually slow in answering emails. Mr. ********************** is now the Heating and A/C company I will use; I highly recommend their services. Mr. ********************** ****************************************** **************.
