      I would give ZERO starts, but unfortunately you have to select a star rating before you can post your review.Our company used ( formerly known as ********************** ) NavSav for over 15 years. Once *********************** changed ownership and the name to NavSav in 2022 EVERYTHING CHANGED! **************** and Agents were very hard to speak with. I emailed and called multiple times without a response for days. We were due for our renewal and I started to panic. I actually wrote a review relaying issues with NavSav in 2023 on their site. ***! all of the sudden I received emails and answers, etc. Once I received our renewal policy & rate ( which increased $1000 from the prior year ) and all the documentation was signed, etc., they asked if I could change my review. Of course I did change my review and regret it. In 2022 our GL rate was $1,245.31. In 2023 our General Liability rate increased rate increased $1000 to a new rate of $2,247.10.Our renewal rate for 2024 / 2025 was a whopping $6,411.50!!!! WOW! It was time to reach out to other companies at this point. Unbelievable! Nothing changed in our company either. I was in disbelief. Thank goodness we found an honest insurance company and we're actually paying the same rate we were paying with Ace Underwriting in 2022.

      I have had the pleasure of leaving a captive agent and moving to NaVSav and the service was top notch. Not only did they respond quickly but they were able to beat my original premiums I was paying. Very satisfied!

      Have been "using" NavSav Insurance [previously Ocala Ins] since 2020. Thankfully we've never had a claim, but our rates for home and auto insurance are still skyrocketing. I have called multiple times, spoke with multiple employees [who take a message] but I never receive a call back. I have also e-mailed and never received a response. I do NOT recommend NavSav Insurance for anything. They care about getting your money and nothing else.

      Country **************************** purchased an Umbrella Policy with NavSav Insurance Agent (DBA as ***************************** Insurance) located at ******************************************************************************. The policy period was from May 20, 2023, to May 20, 2024. Our ***************** hand delivered a check directly to the *************************** office for full payment. ***************************** never paid the carrier holding our policy and our Umbrella Insurance canceled on August 26, 2023, WITHOUT NOTICE. We did not discover the cancellation until May 2024 when our new agent requested a copy of our old policy. When ***************************** was questioned about the cancelation, a representative explained they neglected to forward our payment to the carrier holding the policy. Additionally, they were unable to offer any explanation as to why ***************************** did not notify us of the cancellation. Our Association experienced another large issue with this Insurance Agency which includes the cancellation of another policy. I would urge anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with great caution.

      This company cannot find me as a customer and will not return my calls. I have been calling talking to people, leaving messages, and I even have a phone number to text where I have sent photos of my policy to them. I can't get anything done after two weeks.

      I am a property manager. The experience that I have with Navsav Insurance from *****, ******* has been short of horrible in each and every possible way. The company is very disorganized and the agents' follow-through is zero to none. First an agent did not follow-up with my initial request to renew a property dwelling insurance, which I started with 2 months in advanced. When I followed up via email several times for the renewal there was no response and when I was already able to speak to someone - a different agent - even the second agent did not follow-through and left me hanging. There were always lots of excuses for changing agents I ended up with a policy that was 100% more due to time constraints and their terrible follow-up and follow-trough.Second experience happened when I sent an email to cancel an insurance policy which was being financed. I received an email from agent letting me know that she would be processing the cancelation and that she would send me a cancelation form via email. Three weeks later and 4 follow-up emails after the initial agent's response, I did not have the form yet that was promised. Today I called several times until finally I spoke with another agent to process the cancelation.In this organization the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. You start working with an agent who drops the ball and after many attempts later you end up working with a different agent, who does not know what has transpired and unfortunately too late and for the detriment of the client.I will advise you to please call another company before you experience what I have experienced and to make sure that your property insurance will be in the right hands.

      Please save your time and effort this insurance company lacks follow through, proper documentation for correct policy coverages and customer service. I'm also posting on the ******************** for questionable business practice. Months later, still waiting on proof of payment i made, now a call from an attorney from collections agency. Also cost my company $19k for improper documentation from an audit they didn't enter the correct information for. Ive been doing business for 20 years with them as **************** and unfortunately it doesnt matter how long you've done business with them there is no appreciation. So when you need a qoute you will get it quick and when you have to pay your deposit they will take it quick. However when you encounter an issue or need documents sent or need information good luck. They got your money. Very Unprofessional and lack of concern for personel or business needs
