    On December 5,2022, I paid $520 dollars for a ozimpec pen via ZELLE UsBank, to Beautyfiller.com on instagram. They provided me the name of the transportation company ************************** tracking number WPC009531587761-CARGO, unfortunately they never sent me my order, also this company asked me for extra $ 230 dollars to pay for stamps fee, I did not send more money. I want my full refund please.

    The complaint was filed by a ***************************, who does not appear to be one of our customers. She does not have a profile in my system which is required to make ANY purchases. The complaint was also for the purchase of an "ozimpec pen" using Zelle. We don't accept Zelle, nor do we sale ozimpec pens.

    This is on instagram, and i have pictures about my messages about the product, payment and transportation company

    The person who responds to my complaint is lying.

    Please go to their web pag, and they have the medicament. 
    They are Scammers, 
    I want the business be responsable of my complain, and I want my full refund.

    This is not my business.I own ********************. That's not my compnay or my website. They're literally complaining on the wrong company.
