    Constant runaround!!! My experience is as follows. I placed an order for a metal building recently and gave a deposit on the building. I worked with the owner Paul F*******. I was told to expect a call from vendor who was Safeguard to get an ETA on when my building would be ready and to set an install date. Two weeks go by, I call and ask to speak to Paul... This is where everything went wrong. I was told Paul wasn't there, so Emma ( Paul's Daughter) said she could help. I ask for a status update/install date for my building. I get, "oh I am not sure what happened Sir, you building was never ordered?? " So I say, great can you order the building NOW? I call back a week later for a status update, this time I speak to Paul's Son (Forgot the name) he tells me 4-6 weeks on my order. I tell him, I have already waited three weeks and I need it sooner. So he says if we go with his other vendor Eagle carports they have a 2-5 day turnaround. I agree, only if two conditions are met, it is the SAME price and the other building gets canceled. I was assured these conditions would be met. They were NOT! Then I get a call that my safeguard building is ready?? I thought it was to be cancelled? So I call to find out what's going on. I was told the order was canceled. They tell me according to our records that I ordered a building from Eagle carports. Shortly there after, I get a call from Eagle carports not only is my building ready the installers are en route to install the building.?? I never authorized two buildings? I call Paul, and explain my issue, He tells me its not his problem, and I should cancel the order I placed??? I said, I am not a dealer, you are, I can not submit an order on my behalf, only you can, because you are the dealer? Again, he tells me, not my problem buddy. I call eagle and cancel the order, Safguard calls me back and sets an install date three weeks out. The day of the install, they NO SHOW. What an absolute joke of a business. Never again.
