      Id give no stars to the worker who returned my call today but that's not allowed I guess. She was very rude and I hung up on her after 2 minutes. She needs to be dealing with customers who has very little trouble understanding securus. I'm not one of them. I struggle. She was rude over and over. The callback I got from her at 1:48pm today has made me never want to call you back for help or use securus period. Please deal with her. *************************

      This is the worst service I've ever seen for inmate incarcerated I tried to contact somebody in the jail through the video visitation and cost me almost $10 and never connected I called the jail and they said this is common that the video visits very rarely work I think this service is a ripoff I would not suggest using it unfortunately it's the only thing we have I think the jails should invest in better company secures technologies should be disbanded it is a monopoly and it is just a way to *** from those that don't have much as it is $10 for a 30 minute visit is ridiculous especially when it doesn't connect and then they won't refund you for over a week if you're going to avoid using this service do.

      I have tried for day to add money to my phone so my friend can call me ever card i use to add money haz been declined and ive tried many.I called and spoke to there repersentatives and ****** then all get out.This company needs to go somewhere.Im going to file complaints tomorrow with the FCC,BBB and CONSUMER PROTECTION

      Securus will not reimburse money for a product that was not available to me. I had tried to pay for their video connect which did not process. I used 2 credit cards thinking one wasn't working but the 2nd card wouldn't process the payment. I then called to see what the issue was and they told me that I nxsadeeded to close my account and start over again but I forgot the reason why.I checked my statements from one of cards and apparently I was charged $18.50 and I checked the 2nd card and I was charged $18.50 for a service that was not processed. Needless to say I received a letter from my credit card company advising me that it passed the 60 day **** and I could not be reimbursed for the charges. I didn't know I had been charged. They requested a reference number but I didn't have one to begin with because no video call had ever happened. I wouldn't consider using this company moving forward. I could not use the business search form to find the parent company which Jpay is also owned because no street address is given just a P.O. Box

      Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They don't deserve any stars! They steal people's money. Funds are put on hold and we are not able to talk to our loved ones until the next day! That is not right! Securus Technology should be shut down!! It makes you choose a star rating so I chose 1 star but I didn't want to put any stars at all. THE WORST company ever!!!!

      it is time for the government to stop these thieves . they are stealing and robbing the families at a vulnerable time in their lives. it has continued for years and they need to be sued and made to pay back every dime they have stolen in a huge class. Action lawsuit. please write to your senators and governors and whomever else to try and get these losers out of business and inside of the prisons they rob each day for a very very long time. It is past due !!

      Securus technology is totally garbage. ****** received calls from my love one for several days (11) Every time I call put on hold 30 + minutes before someone live comes on. They try to always blame my cellphone provider stating they always updating their service and maybe thats why the phone calls are not coming through. Then when Ive contacted the cellphone provider and do a reset on my phone and do the code Securus provides nothing still is happening. Third time calling on 9/12, talked to a rude call center person name *********** beyond frustrated. She tried telling me why is he not using my account? Because he tried and dont work! She said no he hasnt , oh my goodness, my man has a tablet and he text me and let me know every single time hes tried calling. He has plenty of funds on his own account. They try troubleshooting but this is the longest I havent received a call. I think a class action lawsuit should be filed against them after reading all the customer reviews here. Anyone here wants to get a lawsuit against Securus let me know. ASAP! In business for 26 yrs thats a joke. 0 stars is my true rating.

      They need to be shut down. They are taking any amount of money that they want for a phone call. My number was blocked for no reason and it says add money so that it can be unblock. I don't think so... when 1st receiving a call it charged my card for over $9. The second call charged about $6 and some change. They are really rigged and need to be replaced. Mental health is everything even to criminals. Not talking to their loved ones will make them act out and left feeling alone. No one has the right to treat anyone any less just because they are in jail. Families who support do not deserve to be robbed and then not be able to use what they paid for

      Horrible service!! I currently have a loved who is incarcerated the only way we can communicate is through Securus Technologies. I have money on my account and I am not receiving his calls. This is now day two that I have not spoke to my loved one. When you call to speak to a customer ********************** representative the hold time is 45 mins or longer to speak with a live person. The representative then tried to rush me off the phone and tell me they are going to put a work order in to their IT department which can take 2 to 10 business days. This is absolutely the worst service I have experienced while my love is incarcerated. I want ur fixed and I will call every day servers times a day until its fixed. I have never seen a service like this. Gobaltel links is so much better! Hopefully they run Securus out of business! Work service ever! Fixed your technical issue so I can speak with my loved one!!!!
