      Just awful. My credit card got rejected everytime. I tried all five of them, each were refunded with a big red sticker ask your bank...so i did. My bank said it was good with them it was securus. I called securus 6 times each time I talked to a representative none of them where able to resolve the problem. The last representative stated well just go with moneygram or western union ??

      From : ***,I put $10 on my prepaid account when it tells me i cant receive the call.Now It says i dont have an account or money on the account. Again i put $10 on it and it says i have a balance of $15.50 due. How can i have a balance due on a prepaid account. She has been trying to get me for 4 days. Iam on hold with securus right now trying to get a real person to explain this to me. I have been waiting for the next available representative for 1:23 . It is now 2:55 am i do not believe there is anyone receiving calls. This company is as dishonest as they can be. How do they stay in business. The whole system is a scam not delivering products that are paid for, lieing to everyone and just robbing people. The owners of this company should be in prison for multiple crimes. Then let them use their system. Im 5 hours away but have had so much stress trying to use this system im tempted to ride up to carrollton and beat these guys senseless. Theyre keeping my woman from being able to talk to me. That there is enough reason. And id gladly pay the price it cost me. Who knows i may surprise them soon with a visit. You can see the law isnt going to handle it for us like they are paid to do. Ill go to jail for doing their job. With a baseball bat. Oh yea the company ***** 0 stars for them. One hour and forty minutes and still no available representative. Lowlifes

      Fraudulent charges -- did a chargeback. Now restricted from EVER contacting incarcerated loved one. Can prove fraud, have bank records. They don't care. Disrespectful supervisors. This is a monopoly that disrespects loved ones and verifiable proof of fraud. Contacting attorney.

      Have been using Securus for over 16 months and everything was fine until about 2 weeks ago. All of a sudden, "my payment has been declined" Called my credit card company, they say they approved the charge but Securus credited me back???!! For what reason? Then I wait on hold twice for customer ********************** because the first call was disconnected after speaking with someone for several minutes. Finally was told that for some reason someone in the tech department black flagged my account, so I can no longer pay with a CC and now have to pay using MoneyGram or ************** What a scam. My credit is fine and my card has worked for over a year (and has not been compromised) but they decide to black flag my account so now I have to create yet another account and use other companies when everything was OK until someone decided to put a hold on my account for no reason!!?? I requested a call back from someone in the tech ***** no call yet and probably won't be one either. Awful cust. **********************, awful company to deal with. Shouldn't even be getting one star, but you're forced to give one to post

      Horrible horrible site!! Difficult to use. Money I put on account last week hasn't shown up on the other end. Money has been coming out of my bank account for some of the calls while there is $40 on the account. I try to use their assistant and it doesn't understand what I type in. I've put calls in at the jail my son is in and they transfer me to the securus person there I never get a call back. They have caused me a tremendous amount of stress!!! One of the worst products I have ever experienced

      My cousin paid for a $7.99 video chat that was scheduled for her and I to speak with my Husband in the jail house, but at the time we were suppose to have the video chat it wasn't scheduled, yet she got charge for it. I got a charge for $6.29 on my bank account, when I never gave them any of my banking information. Tried calling them to ask them why there was a charge on my account when I never approved of such. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to report a fraud, so I ended up calling my bank to dispute the transaction. My cousin is trying to dispute the charge on hers and having to go through loops when we never got the video scheduled to begin with. Not happy with this company or the app.

      Securus Technologies are taking advantage of customers in prison. They supply cheap product and then when they purchase replacement they are not replacing items in a timely manner and setting wrong exceptions for the replacement. Just because the customer is in prison does not give them the right to take people's money and not supply them the products purchased.They blame the prison and the prison blame them. STOP playing the blame game and provide the products when purchased.

      The most difficult and frustrating system I have ever encountered. it seems this company has a monopoly on inmate calling. unfortunately we have no recourse if you want to receive a call you have to go through Securus. somebody must put a stop to this legalized scam. When they switched me to some postcard service and charged almost $50 to my credit card they would NOT give me a full refund. they keep $15 of it for the privilege of frustrating the living bagebbers out of me. I feel sorry for the families that have to use this service on a regular bases. NO STARS FOR ME!!! Please put a stop to them!

      Video visit was blocked but Securus charged my account for the monthly fee and because I submitted a claim through my bank, Securus blocked me from using any of my debit or credit cards to pay for Advance Connect. Only can purchase by ** or Money Gram. For the first time on July 4th, I used ** to pay for Advance Connect, and up to today, the money has not been funded to my Advance Connect account. Have contacted Securus several times without success. Contacted ** and they provided me with the confirmation number of the transaction to Securus, and even with that, they said no records of payment show at their end. Supposedly they submitted a request to the department that works with these transactions but are still waiting for the results. The last call was today and told me it may take 15 days for resolution. Completely unacceptable, aren't they experts in technology?
