    We paid around 360 dollars for a sports league threw i9 for Sept of 2022. When we showed up for the event there was no i9 sports team there. We looked for a phone number to call and none was provided only instructions to get to the field. We tried calling the main office number and left many emails to try to resolve the issue. Many days later we get an email back saying we haven't tried contacting them and there are no refunds. We replied with a an attachment of many pior emails. Told them the service they provided never showed and asked for a refund again. It's been many weeks now and we still haven't heard back. Anyone looking to sign up with them I advise to look into how u contact coaches and the organization. They don't answer there phone and it seems like they attempt to make it to where you can't contact them.

    I have already spoken to the customer and he said he was already refunded. Also this was not for my league it was for another league which he confirmed when I spoke with him.
