    Unfortunately I haven't been able to actually book the steam train yet because the customer service is so terrible. *************** Manager" ***************************** was so short and rude that I couldn't get any of my questions answered. I asked her what was the difference in the lounge seating versus the private compartment seating. Her response "One is private one is not". I thought that was very rude and short as I am just a concerned customer trying to understand exactly what I'll be paying for. However I can read the difference in between private and lounge seating, but that doesn't give me a description of what's offered in each area. At this point I'm not sure I'll even waste the money to go on this trip that I've been eager to attend for a while now. This establishment really should get someone that can do a better job with customer service because it wasn't my first email interaction with her that felt quite rude and short as if she doesn't want to help out the customers but just sit behind the desk and not have to interact with people. Bad customer service can be a big turn off before you even get to experience what this business has to offer.
