Owner/company are Extremely ghetto and Unprofessional. I have never had such a weird, disrespectful experience with a business I attempted to support and spend my hard earned money with. I Purchased $200 worth of products (3 items). Afterwards, I received a email post payment saying my purchase is risky and I need to email picture I.D in order to receive my order, however, owner refused to explain what was risky. I sent the **** then received a tracking with nothing attached to it. After waiting a week, I never received anything and **** said the owner made a label (tracking number) online but never actually sent off any packages, so the tracking number had no shipment actually linked to. Then on the same day of this order and my I.D was asked for my family is suddenly dealing with identity theft linked to my new address. Which is currently still under investigation but so far appears to be linked to this company. When I inquired about what was going on I was told by the owner. She googled my address and she believes I live in low income housing and I'm poor (which I don't live in low income and I'm a RN, nor should that matter anyway)and it's no way I can afford $200 worth of products because the address she looked at on ****** maps look like my rent $200 etc. Also, I'm somehow trying to fraud her by buying her products from my personal card linked to my federal bank account, therefore, she going to now cancel my order and refund me. Which I will admit I was refunded on the end but only after threatening to report them for fraud/scamming. This company appears to be a scam with fake reviews, discriminates and treats it's customers like c*** especially if you're ethnic ( which is crazy because this is a black owned business)
