    On May 17, 2024 I contracted with Aggregates Plus to pave my driveway and lane and paid $9500 down. I was told the work would be done after 2 months due to other jobs in progress. Starting in late July and going into August I started calling and asking when the work would be done. There have been many reasons given on why it could not be done. For example, too hot, too wet, equipment issues, worker health problems, etc. During the same time period Hwy 290 was paved for several miles so the reasons given are questionable. Plus if it rained on one or two days the whole week was cancelled. During this 6 month time period the contractor laid down base (which was pulverized over time because we still had to drive over it) and paved a small portion in front of the house. It was not done in a satisfactory manner and there was damage to one of the supports of my pole barn. Their equipment was also stored on my property during this 6 months at no cost. Now we are getting into winter which will delay this job another few months. I want this job done immediately and done right or I want my deposit back and I will get someone else to do it. The owner is aware of my dissatisfaction.

    In response to the ********* complaint. I assure you I have stayed close in proximity with requests as well as onsite action. Some elements maybe you are not so aware of pertaining to the ********* project. We deal with very perishable products which are necessary for favorable outcome. Temperature precipitation primarily. A number of change work orders a company by days other contractors or on site or no utilities, water.. I have accommodated all request and timeline perimeters laid out by Mr ********* as well as incorporating a professional courteous service. On behalf of Mr *********** patience which has been appreciated. We have gone through multiple breakdowns. Covid throughout the team. As well as my formman JP I haveing a stroke on site. Heat related I'm sure. In addendum I have had to incorporate multiple days of scheduling that Mr ********* did not want any work going on. And one particular instance a week. There again being very critical upon myself as a merchant there have been Lots of scheduled days that were not favorable for Quality outcome dealing with perishable products and or extreme heat. I was under the impression completion had been achieved and removed all except one piece of equipment. A couple of weeks of extremely cold weather and Mr ********* decided the job was not complete on account of the paving stopping at his property line. There again being a reasonable man I assured him that I would take care of any of his concerns or desires to remain a satisfied customer. Once again my apologies for not providing a rapid response.
