    Doesnt deserve a star at all!! Tried to email it comes back, left phone message with operator. A disgrace on who ever is running this business. Frustrated & disappointed!!

    This customer has not contacted us about any warranty claim under this name or email address. We are completely web based and do not have a customer phone number for a live agent as of last season. If the customer has a warranty claim of any kind it must be submitted following this link to our website ***********************************************.

    This customer contacted ****************** almost 2 years after the purchase for the 1st time. The customer never contacted us before the 2024 Christmas season. We have fully refunded this customer and picked up all the items they purchased. This customer has been taken care of and case has been closed internally.

    I have been trying to get ahold of the company for over an hour. None of the phones work or hang up on you. I bought the grinch whoville blow up last year and used it for 3 week. Went to put it up today and the motor wont turn on and cant get ahold of the company. This is the second blow up I have bought from them that only last one Christmas. The year before I bought the grinch with the slay. There products are junk and they have no customer service to talk to.

    Purchased a Haunted Mansion column from ******. When unpacking the contents, there were bent poles, glue in places it shouldn't have been causing rips in the fabric that made up the "walls" of the column, and a cracked plastic Haunted Mansion logo that attaches to the front of the column. This product clearly was made from the cheapest materials with no regard for craftsmanship. When buying Halloween decorations, I don't expect the highest quality but for $130, all I received was junk. The item was unusable & the slip inside of the box said not to return the product to the retailer but to instead contact customer service, which I did. Boy, was that a mistake. ***************** Yeah, not exactly. After providing all of the information that was requested, I was told that they would not replace my item until I returned it to them...at my cost. Somehow, I feel if I tried to ship back a 7ft item, the cost of shipping would probably exceed what I may or may not receive in return. Not to mention, who's to say that the "replacement" wouldn't have been the same pile of junk that I received the first time around? I am sorry that I bought additional Gemmy products when I purchased the column because I would rather give my money to a company that stands behind their products and behind their customer service. Do better, ******************. Lastly, after reading through the other BBB complaints, I am appalled by the way in which customers are responded to. These comments are unprofessional & really highlight the integrity of the company.

    This company is a joke. I bought a christmas highland cow inflatable a good month before christmas and got it home to put up, and got it out of the box and it had a huge hole in the cow. There was no way i could fix it. So i emailed the company rite away and of course you can never talk to a live person but they told me to mail them the cow and then will look at it and we will go from there. So i sent this brand now cow back to the company at MY cost of shipping because they told me they do not pay for shipping even tho this is there problem. I track the package and they got it so i emailed them to confirm they got it and they confirmed it. They told me to allow them ***** hours to look at it and decide of they will replace it. So here it is almost 2 months later and i am still fighting with them to get a replacement or my money back. They told me they needed to talk to managent before they can replace or give a refund. If i was to get a refund they told me i would have to prvide my credit card statement and reciept. I sent that all to them when i sent the cow back it was all in the box. They are giving me the run around and all i wanted was a replacment and i cant get that so i want my money back on the joke of a product and they dont want to give that to me either and that they would have to talk to managment. I have ask several times to give me the managers infor/email/ phone number so that i can talk to them and they will not give that to me either. I will not ever buy anthing made by this company again..

    The customer was offered a replacement item that was ordered from our factory overseas. It is not uncommon to wait for items to arrive from overseas, however in this case the customer grew tired of waiting on requested a refund for the purchase instead of waiting on the replacement that had been ordered for her. The customer requested her refund on 1/10/2024, the refund check arrived to her home on 1/29/2024 via ***** ground tracking number ************ so there was no delay on refunding her. We also shipped the item to the customer as a token of our appreciation to her for being a valued customer and for her patience.

    Scrooge or Grinch? We purchased ********* of ****** Christmas light system, 1 hub Model# ******, 2 C9 bulb strings, Icicle string, Snowflake, Candy Canes and Tube lights over the last year. Downloaded the app, installed as recommended and everything worked fine. Until 2 days before Christmas. I opened the app to increase the volume of the music accompanying the lights and a message appeared "You Must Update Your Hub". I clicked on the link on the app and after several minutes the "Update Successfully Installed" appeared. But, when I attempted to restart the lights, the hub refused to connect. I used the app to follow the start instructions and once again, the app said to "reset" the hub. But, the hub would not reset. The hub doesn't even light up anymore. I unplugged it. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I left the hub unplugged for hours. Nothing happens when the reset button is pushed, as opposed to the previous year and this year when the system was started for the holiday season. Over $300 invested in lights and the system, I got one good year, and a failure just days before Christmas. Of course, the system won't be repaired by this Christmas and I'm sure Gemmy's solution will be to "upgrade" to a "newer" and "better" hub, since a newer version appeared on the shelves this year. Just to be clear: Everything worked fine until the mandatory hub update. This smells of the famous "bug in the system" c*** we had to deal with under ********* years ago, where their upgrade froze up systems, so users had to buy new OSs or pay to "upgrade" to a newer version of OS.I've written Gemmy and of course, two days before Christmas there will be no offered solution for a lightshow our grandkids were promised, but that the way of the world now. STAY AWAY FROM GEMMY'S ********* of ******. Period. Don't let them suave you into thinking this is a one-off, as there are dozens of similar complaints. Merry Christmas to all, except Gemmy.

    I purchased 3 and 2 of the orchestra light boxes didnt even work right out of the box, took the one back and ***** gave me a refund and the other one I bought has the same issue where the fuse spot is loose and doesnt make a connection to turn on. I emailed the company, waiting for a response and hopefully they will make it right. The product would definitely be cool if it worked. Beware more of a hassle than what they are worth. Hubs dont connect properly, really unsatisfied with this product.

    I bought the ColorMotion LED Lightshow Christmas lights in November 2022 and only used them last year. I went to put them up this year and they DO NOT WORK! They were stored in a cool, dry place and only used for a month. Very unfortunate and highly disappointed, especially for how much the lights were. They make you give a star, but do not deserve one.

    **************** is horrible... we bought an animatronic witch with skulls. The audio doesn't work... you can only communicate with them via email and they still haven't sent me a legitimate email to send the items they need to resolve the issue. Buyer beware!!

    I purchased a shimmering snowman from Amazon a year ago. The fan went out already and I only used the inflatable for about a month total. They said to contact the manufacturer. I did. I sent them about 4 online forms that I filled out and no response at all. Bad customer service. Why have that option on your website and you don't respond. I paid a lot of money and I want a new fan sent to me regardless warranty expired. The fan should have lasted more than 30 days. They don't even have the decency to email me back. I gave them one star, but they should get 0 stars.
