    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! If you buy something they make be ready for it to quit working in a very short amount of time. Then expect them to do anything they can to get out of their warranty. Their customer service support is horrible. There tech support has no idea about their own products. I will never buy their products again. Watch for their junk being sold at Menards.

    Our system shows us the item he purchased uses a bulb that is not replaceable. The customer immediately was angry and did not respond back to us after we informed him what type of bulb this item uses.

    This company's response just shows you how they handle their business. I am just confused on how they would know I "immediately was angry" if I had not responded. They are just making an excuse instead of actually researching their own product. The following is my email response back to them from which I did not receive any other responses.

    "That's very interesting since I have pulled the light bulb out of the socket already. I guess if you cannot provide accurate technical assistance Iwill have to refrain from purchasing any other products from your company and post to let people know what they can expect with tour products and your technical support"

    I don't really see this response as angry. I just advised them that I was going to post about their tech support and no longer purchase their products.

    Potential buyers just need to be aware of the support they will receive if they purchase products from this company.

    Please see our response to the customer after he informed us of his issue.

    "I do apologize for the inconvenience you are having with your item but unfortunately, we do not provide LED light replacement for any of the LED items. These lights are programed and made at the factory level upon the manufacturing of the item. therefore, we don't have instructions or any replacement for these particular lights. We offer a 90-day warranty on new purchases, when did you purchase this item?"

    The customer did not respond back to us after our response to him. If he wishes to continue with the warranty claim all he needs to do is reply back to us. This issue is not anything that cannot be taken care of internally, we just need the customer to respond back to us.

    His ticket ID is 2LRLY if he wishes to log back in and submit a response.
