      Call center agents like to give you inaccurate information without any regard to how negatively your account and credit will be impacted. Managers **** at their job and don't even do half of what they claim they would do. One of the worst companies to ever. Do not even get yourself involved with them as they will waste your time and not even care about any complaint that you have regarding their employees.

      No te metas con esta empresa mucho inters para el prstamo del auto y no te dan ****** solo quieren ganar. Y esta empresa tambin est conectado con ***** leaders quien vendi el carro y hacen papeleos con el Santander para que te presten para comprar el carro y este hombre no le explica **** a nosotros se quedaba callado en la computadora para este prstamo de ****** mil. No compren aqu ni a este banco de prstamo.

      Don't use this company. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I've had my car 2.5 years, never late and no defferals. I had emergency surgery last week for a cancer scare and am out of work until 2nd week in Feb. and can't pay ******* because I had no time to plan. I requested a deferral for ******* and they denied me because they said they can't be sure I'll pay in February, even though I was approved for temporary disability (just waiting for it) and was ensured by my surgeon I won't be out past the 2nd week of February. Finally the supervisor gave the deferral but she was very nasty and hung up on me at the end. I'm going to refinance with a different company and I will never do business with them again! If this is how they treat their good, regular paying customers i can't even imagine how they treat someone with less income or payment struggles.

      I fell on to some hard times and wasn't able to pay my car for a bit. Yes I know that is my fault but as I was at my nanny job over night I was supposed to leave this morning. My boss asked me where your car. To come and find out that it had been repoed while I'm at work leaving me stranded. Not only that but my entire house hold relays on me because I'm the only one with a car. I know I should've paid my car but it was either not pay my car or lose my apartment. I got paid that morning and I know they didn't know but if they waited just a bit longer they would've seen a payment made the same day. When I call to get my car back I needed to call park North America just for them to tell me I need to call the towing company to get my personal property out. I truly regret financing with this company.

      Unbelievable/Unethical Business/ Rip Off, No Solution for the issue. My vehicle was repossessed for me falling behind, I understand Santander reason for repossessing the vehicle....I was out of work for sick months prior, my payments were being made by the courts that was part of a Bankruptcy. The Bankruptcy was dismissed. I tried to make arrangements to catch the payments up, each time I called I was passed on to the next person, who ever would pick up.... I was then told that I old them money, the vehicle was sold threw an Auction. Santander or whomever they appointed to sale the vehicle, sold it under blue book value, I assume. Any way they say that I old them $3036.00, but or not willing to send me any information or confirmation, paper work. I have requested as of today four times. I will check to see what my legal rights are...they just want me to pay them money without any confirmation..I will never do that!

      Got into a accident car been stuck at the repair shop and it's fixed but the repair shop won't release my car because santander took the insurance check and applied it to my loan and they lie about fed ex overnighting the check and lie about w9 forms the repair shop has repeatedly sent since November I've never in life went through this much I never even signed my name on the insurance check before I sent it to them

      Even though I (a woman) opened a bank account as primary open Santander placed my ex-husband as the primary account holder because he is a man. Very racist, very sexist.

      I wrote a check for $1000 clearly stated on the check and $2000 was taken out of my account. I was told that this just happens sometimes due to an error with their mobile banking, and I must wait until regular business days for them to return my money to me.

      I understand why this company was sued and paid millions for bad business practices, and are still doing the exact same things. In June/2022, I was informed that if I made two payments that my account would be put in a current status, which was a lie, including the two June payments, till October, I made a total of six payments and the car was repossessed on November 28th/2022 without any prior notice, they said a notice was sent in September/2022, which was another lie. My credit report doesn't show any of the payments, which made it impossible to get refinancing, I spoke with 4 different customer service reps and received nothing but false information. I'm also going to file a complaint with the ************************ and seek legal counsel because Santander Consumer is a unethical company
