      I have never been late on a payment in 5 years and they even attested to that. Keep that in mind. Their titles **** sent my cars title to multiple incorrect dmvs in many different states (for 2 years)... just never the correct one and that resulted in my car getting impounded. Now they're trying to repo it. I can't make this up and i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

      I would give a negative 20 stars. I have to contact an attorney now after realizing my ****** TRAX will cost close to ****** when paid off. I have never seen any bank take advantage of people as they do. My dad signed for the car and it was over the phone. He had a 700 credit score and they charged him 18.5% interest and did not tell him, nor was he told that they front end load interest and compound it daily. He was trying to help me out and instead almost had a heart attack when the paperwork was mailed to him. They are crooks and now I have to sue them to get this mess straightened out. How could they do this to a 86 year old and an at the time 63 year old woman who is disabled due to being bent over with cue aged of the spine. I will never go to the dealership I did or deal with this auto loan joke

      My car was repossessed and two days later transported to *****************. When I redeemed my vehicle, there was trash on the floor of the passenger seat including an empty packet of ******* Sweets and what appeared to be THC residue in my cup holders. In addition, my passenger side front bumper had noticeable damage and my gas was three quarters low. Although, I had pictures, receipts and witnesses, no one is taking responsibility to what happened to my vehicle. Per UAR Nationwide, my vehicle was picked up for transport from ******* on 4/11/25, but per the condition report from *****************, they received my vehicle on 4/14/25. So, where was my vehicle for those two days??? And the bumper damage had occurred prior to its arrival to ********* as they noted it on their initial condition report. Santander, UAR Nationwide nor Nashville Manheim have assumed responsibility for the condition my vehicle was in upon redemption. I would like answers, as this placed when further hardship financially and emotionally on my me and my family.

      I had a small wreck on March 1, 2025. My insurance company settled the claim and issued a check on March 13, 2025. It was mailed to me and then I had to mail it to Santander for endorsement. It was received by Santander on April 9th and they deposited it on April 10th. Everytime I called to check on it I was told they needed more documentation. As of April 25, 2025 I was told they had everything needed and a check would be issued and sent via overnight express mail. Now a week later I still dont have a check. So they have had my insurance check and held it for almost a month. I am beyond disappointed. I had to give the collision center my credit card to pick up my car- that had been ready for weeks at that point.

      I have proof that they received my payment. Apparently it did not go through. Never heard from them until I got notifications that my account was late. I called in gave them the confirmation number. Was told they would take the late fee off and that I wouldnt have to deal with a late fee as long as I caught my account up. They were asking for a 900 payment, I told them I couldn't afford that in one go but I could make extra payments each month. They agreed but hit me every month with a 75 dollar late fee so I can never catch up. Now they wont do anything about it even though I have been making extra payments every month.

      Worst experience I have ever had in all the years of leasing vehicles. When you send extra for taxes they dont tell you and apply it to the base of your loan so they end up stacking up late fees you cant get through to anyone they promise to take care it when you do and they do nothing !!! Dont ever do business with them

      If I could leave zero stars I would. This company should not be in business. I refinanced my vehicle with a different company yet Santander has no record of it and has been continuing to send me delinquent notices saying my payment is late. The customer service specialists have no idea what to tell me after I told them Santander even cashed the payoff check, so why would there be no record of a refinance. They hang up on me when I call this company out on its unprofessional business practices and tell me I have you fax them a record of the check being cashed ??. The more involved I have to become at doing their job the closer I get to filing a lawsuit because already Im getting threatening emails of being reported to the credit bureaus ??after 18 days of delinquency. Please revoke Santanders business license they are incapable, incompetent, and inept at handling simple business transactions.

      Santander is the worse finance company ever. I paid a late fee online that was never applied to my account. 3 different agents told me something different. The agent ***** was very rude and unprofessional. Was ignoring my questions. Told me the extra money was applied to next month car note but still paying the same amount I always pay. This company is a complete rip-off. NEVER FINANCE a car from them.

      One of the worst banks to bank with. Ive been dealing with my GAP claim for months and they are no help. Company is rude and hangs up on customers, yells and tells false Information. Dont work this this bank ever

      Dont even take that 1 star into consideration. Literally DISGUSTED. They claimed to have sent out original lien release once I paid off my car (didn't receive), so i have been fighting with them for 2 days now. TEN CALLS in 2 days and they REFUSED to send the original until my husband called and threatened to sue, then all of a sudden they had no problem sending that out. I have been stressed to the max, why did it take a threat to get what I needed?
