      I placed my order on December 11 to buy Christmas gifts for my family. After a week, I received an email that said my order were delivered on December 18. There was no package was delivered on that day so I contacted customer service and filed a claim. The claim takes 3 business days to be completed so I waited 3 more days and contacted customer service again. They told me the entire order being returned back to the sender, so I need to wait till they receive the order then they will refund to **** have never come across such a strange company. It's a waste of time and effort to buy things here.

      The carrier has confirmed that the customer's package is being returned to our fulfillment center. We have refunded the full order amount to the original form of payment.

      Never never will I ever shop online at neiman Marcus!!!!! So I made a purchase December 14 for a ********************* tote bag not only have I still havent received the bag but I was charged twice for the item which overdrafted my account around Christmas time this is unacceptable BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

      I made an online order on Nov 24, and it was transferred to the North Park store. At first, the email stated that "A Precious Jewelry ambassador will be contacting you within two (2) business days to finalize the sale".Nothing.So I contacted online customer service on Nov 29. They asked me to contact North Park. I called. They said it would be shipped out within 3-5 business days (that's counting from Nov 25, the day transferred) and I would only get a call on the day of delivery. Already strange enough. But I waited. Nothing.5 business days plus 2 days (of estimated shipping time) later, on Dec 5, I still get no package, no call, no email. So I contacted the online service to cancel the order. The agent said it would take up to 2 days for the confirmation to arrive. I waited.Nothing.So today I contacted the online customer service again. They asked me to call North Park again. Ok so you guys don't talk to each other? Can't North Park contact me directly? But anyways I called.Nobody responded!Haha, this is so funny. If it is not Neiman Marcus I would think it's a scam. What kind of business gets nobody to respond to a call, nobody to contact a customer? The ridiculous thing is that one time the online agent said "you have to contact the store to confirm the order". Perfect! Neiman Marcus gave me the experience of serving a queen. I am so honored!

      On 11/24/2023 at 12:58 pm the store allowed someone to use my card that was stolen from me and make a purchase of ******* with my cash app card as credit with out an *** I could not get in touch with anyone to cancel the card. This is a high end store, I wouldn't even think they accept cash app. Now cash app is giving me the hardest time getting my money back. I advise merchants to go back to verifying IDs and have a system where they have to enter details on the *** IT is 2023 and people are bigger thieves more than ever.

However, the discretion for any credit card sale rests solely on the store and the associates involved.

       

      We suggest that the transaction be disputed with your bank as we have no way to reimburse the funds that were debited for the purchase.

      I made a purchase from them 3 weeks ago. I received the *** on time as the email stated, however, my actual purchase has still NEVER shipped. I have spoken to customer service and been given the runaround. Got new arrival date and then today another new arrival date. Still NOTHING has shipped. I believe they dont even have the item in stock they just took my money anyway. Im ready to drive to ******. Im FURIOUS. I feel duped, and I dont even want my order now. Just my money back. I will NEVER buy from them again.

      I placed an on-line order 7-8 times on both Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman websites for a period of 3 months and each time I received a message the item has been cancelled, yet they both continue to advertise the same item (beware) for different prices on their websites. I expected more from this brand name company and being sorry just isn't enough. I have notified the Brand as they are misrepresenting their name and shouldn't be allowed to advertising things they don't have or intend to have.

      I placed an order on Oct 27 with express shipping option and have not received it without any communication. The last email I got from them says that it is estimated to be delivered by 10/31. I have chatted about 5th or 6th time to cancel the order. Most of them said that they cant cancel but they can only send cancellation request to their warehouse since Nov 1 and I have contacted them today 11/16 and still in a process of getting it shipped. Dont spend your money and time.

      Second time that I returned an item; each experience took over two weeks and I showed the u Item returned to their place for over 10 days with no refund to my account. Each of these returns were over $1000. DO NO BUY ONLINE !!When I called customer service, each time I had to ask to speak to a manager and only then was my refund processed and I had to wait 24 hours to get the money back. They had my item back for over 10 days at this point and each item was over $1000. Also their free return is sent by snail mail and they look for the return to be in their office within 30 days so make sure you keep an eye out on that. I will never purchased from them again unless Im in a store close to one where I can go back to return my item.
