I was purchasing a ***** set from a sales called Jia. However, I saw her swapping out products from my set with something else under the desk. When I confronted her about it, she became extremely hostile and told me that the set is no longer for sale. Since when does NM have such lunatics?Neiman Marcus Company

I recently had an exasperating experience to the point where I will never shop at NM again after being a long time *************** make sure anyone I know steers clear too. Borderline fraudulent behavior going on over there from the mgmt level down. My how times have changed! After buying 12 pairs of designer shoes this last time, my overall satisfaction was far from what I expected.The initial service at the store left much to be desired. There were several instances where communication was lacking, & promises to address my concerns went unfulfilled. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I was met with unresponsiveness from the staff.My primary concern revolves around a pair of shoes I never received. Despite my best efforts to resolve this issue, it has persisted for over a month. In my communications, I highlighted the importance of addressing the matter promptly, as any customer would expect. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a credit or the shoes that I paid for. The website says that they're sold out now, so I probably won't receive them due to their employees' incompetence. I'm left with ************** but was hoping I could get someone who works for Neiman Marcus' attention that still cares about their customers. That hope is dwindling. I just want the shoes or my money back. I don't see what's difficult. Are they hoping to run me out of energy so I no longer seek the refund I'm due?At this point, I would not be surprised to hear that they're going under. They've lost all attention & focus over *********** can't get anyone on the phone, nor do they return your call. They're unapologetic about their mistakes as well. Arrogant! Rude!I could get better customer service at Target. Why would I spend that much money to get treated worse? No thank you! There are no shortage of places I can spend my money. Without customer service to differentiate themselves from the MANY companies that supply the exact same products, they got nothing.Neiman Marcus Company

I see that I am one of many customers that feel this company is not doing its job to an even satisfactory level. I purchased several pairs of shoes recently. I have to say ****** Northpark shoe department is slow and terrible at their jobs in general. My other shoes shipped out so fast got to me perfectly fine. The ones coming from ****** Northpark took twice as long to leave, and when I received the Fed Ex it was someone elses shoe order not mine nothing like what I ordered either. So I called to see if I could retrieve my order. This seemed like a very tedious time consuming issue, so I asked if I could do a refund send it back and just order them again. I was told yes. Again my next order was coming from that location. I did finally receive them probably 2.5 weeks later (the second order). Chasing down my refund was another task that required 4 frustrating phone calls. I finally think I am getting it (supposedly in 3-5 business days) but why do I need to spend hours of my day on the phone to do so? Also they dont make accurate notes about the information discussed in their calls or communicate it to anyone. I was also told I was given incorrect information in two of my calls, so thats frustrating. I also had to deal with my questions being answered with the same answer on repeat. I told the person on the phone, you already said that I clearly need a different response from you. Do they think we will just give up and go away? I dont appreciate double talk either. I appreciate clear transparent communication from a company and that is nowhere near what you get from their help line representatives. Good luck if anything ever goes wrong with an order. On July 5, 2023 I ordered a white *************************** dress, the cost including tax was $705. I was surprised when I received a similar white dress by a maker called LaLigne. I thought NM made a mistake in shipping and returned the dress. They mailed the same dress back to me and said they don't sell it and refuse to provide a refund. I will never order from them again and I was a frequent shopper. Buyer beware.Neiman Marcus Company

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I placed an order for same day delivery- bought it before 12 noon Central time and never got it. I was told it was going to take 5 days , then I was told it wasnt shipped and could be shipped at anytime-the different things I heard is absolutely ridiculous. Everytime I called it was a different excuse. 2 days later I followed up again to ask where the order is that I paid for same day delivery and was told it was delivered! I almost lost it. Then they said they will investigate and to check in 3 business days. I checked in 3 business days and was told oh its 3-5 business days!! I checked back on the 6th business days to be told there is no update and to wait 3 more business days. I need my refund at this point! Thats all I need. I dont have the product nor my money and this company refuse to refund meNeiman Marcus Company

Had a horrible experience with Neiman Marcus and especially ******** in ****** who is a returns supervisor. I purchased something in April and returned it in the allotted 30 days, I get a message from them 3 months later saying that I am being denied returns because I just sent back July 13th. I clearly sent back. May 5th and had a picture of the scan from Fed Ex and they would not except. Awful awful service. (I will. Ow always watch all my returns better to make sure the credit shows up since I did not follow close attention on this one) Clearly something happen between May 5th and July 13th because I dropped at Fed Ex and they received it via **** so not sure how that happens even though I know they can use **** too from Fed Ex. They accused me of dropping at **** and I have not been to an inside of a post office in probably over a year. I have shopped with them for years and this was the most disgusting treatment and so disrespectful to a long time customer. Again awful!Neiman Marcus Company

I have been on customer service calls seven times dealing with one return of a pair of shoes that I never ordered. I was charged and sent.I bought one pair of shoes and they sent a completely different pair. I returned them and their return reasoning was rejected. Now it has taken over 30 days to even come close to a resolution and has taken several different interactions with customer service, just to get the right packing slip. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced as a consumer.Neiman Marcus Company

HORRIBLE! I will NEVER order from or shop with Neiman Marcus again! And I will be sure to spread the word over social media as well! I ordered an expensive Burberry dress online for my daughter and received an email confirmation! Two days later, I received an email from Neimans saying my order couldnt be fulfilled because the item is out of stock, yet it was listed on their website and allowed me to add it to my cart and place the order! They said Id be refunded and offered me a lowsey 15% discount! Its been over two weeks and I still have not been refunded my money for the dress I ordered that was not sent to me because of THEIR ERROR!! Im HIGHLY upset and will be filing a claim against them as well as telling everyone TO NEVER SHOP WITH NEIMANS AGAIN! Go to Saks or Nordstroms instead!!Neiman Marcus Company
