      My daughter was a client of EDS at 1664 Whippoorwill Tr in Weatherford for 5 weeks. I had paid for a six week program of residential treatment. My daughter discharged one week early and is due a $4000 refund. I have spoken and emailed with Nicole Hoffman, Clinical Director at the facility, I have written emails through their on-line payment program and I have called their head of billing whose name I was told is Nurys (XXX)XXX-XXXX. I have not received any response. She discharged on July 15, 2022.
      I need this money to be able to provide care for my daughter and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

      My recommendation to others considering using this business is to verify, in writing, the staffing they will maintain, the records they will keep both about the treatment sessions offered and those attended. Also, be very rigorous about checking on actual food availability. They often ran out of staple food items such as milk and fruit.

      While treatment there was somewhat effective, the lack of trained staff, the limited availability of food and inadequate safety measures made treatment less effective and resulted in voluntary early withdrawal from the residential program.
