    Terrible!! Awful selection of books, then they dont give you a way to cancel the free trial with a simple link but make you fill out a form and just wait all while wondering if theyre going to charge your card any way, and the number offered to call them just directs you back to the website and then hangs up on you so theres no way to talk to an actual person if they do end up charging you! I cant believe I fell for this scam of a website.

    My 19 year old daughter apparently signed up four years ago with my card. My fault for not paying attention. They have been charging my credit card $19.99 per month for four years now. ZERO notification of the monthly fee and zero emails from them ever. Went to website. Absolutely no way to cancel from main site. I had to go to Terms and Conditions and dig through tiny font to paragraph six that gives a SEPARATE website URL, not accessible from main website or from my account page to cancel. It also wasnt a hyperlink, so I had to copy and paste into URL bar to access. Well see if cancellation was successful. They are clearly masters at getting you on a monthly charge, then staying quiet in the shadows while they charge you $240 per year..then make cancelling an exercise in itself. Stay away from All You Can Books!

    FRADULENT CHARGES!!!BEWARE!!! Company charged my 3 months of charges under an email I had never heard of. Once I brought this to their attention, they REFUSED to refund the fraudulent charges. RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSNESS ELSEWHERE!!!

    I wish I read there reviews before signing up for their thirty day free trial. They're educational books aren't textbooks. So very misleading. When I realized that I sent an email to cancel my thirty day free trial ten minutes after signing up for it. I sent an email to helpatallyoucanbooksdotcom as requested by an representative. I didn't think about it after that because I thought that cancelation email I sent was sufficient per the representatives instructions. It wasn't I was charged anyway. I responded with a refund request to the same helpatallyoucanbooksdotcom email and was told that I didn't cancel in time. I explained to the representative about my email requesting to cancel. She said it wasn't so the email I sent was ignored. They sent me an email the next day stating how to cancel but the representative I spoke with didn't mention another email to sent my cancelation request to. I didn't think twice after the first email ten minutes after signing up for it wouldn't work.DON'T SIGN UP FOR ALLYOUCANBOOKS IF YOU WANT RELAIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ************************. THEY SAID EDUCATIONAL BOOKS WHICH DOESN'T INCLUDE TEXTBOOKS GO FIRGURE. GO TO YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY OR HALF PRICE BOOKS.

    I almost signed up for this because of their B+ rating and great reviews, until I dug further and clicked on their ******** page reviews.*************************************************************** * Getting charged early in trial period. *Extreme difficulty canceling leading to additional charges * No phone number? Only found from bank info. When called it leads to same difficulty in trying to cancel. * Not good choices on books * Children able to sign up having access to adult X** books? * No search bar

    They get no stars from me, but for some reason you have too just to make a review. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for a while now. They have it to where you cant cancel. Their contact email is even fraudulently. It doesnt exist. Total scam. I had to lock my card so they cant charge me. Im also not a fan of there books. Nothing Im interested in at all. They suck!!!!!!

    Absolutely horrible they got my information from somewhere and charged my account. I give them a -10 for overdrawing my account. Ive had to freeze my bank accounts now.

    Every single one of these reviews is accurate, and mirrors, almost exactly, the experience that I had with this company. Apparently this is a "small fry scam" so the appropriate action can not be taken. I would like to suggest that a class action lawsuit be filed against them in an effort to let them know that misrepresenting a service will not be tolerated.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I would give 0 stars ?? if I could. Am so upset about what this company has done and how ridiculous and fraudulent they are I have never had any company or business in my entire life treat me or do what they have in all my years. Everybody is familiar with how information is automatically saved on phone and laptop passwords Etc my electronics were stolen and somebody signed up without my knowledge I canceled immediately once I saw my credit card statement was told I would be refunded and they continually charged me month after month even right after I called and canceled not only did they not refund me but they continued to charge me which is absolutely absurd I have the calls in the call log the emails all information it is now being taken up with the credit card company stay as far away as you can from all you can books they even admit that there were never any books or anything viewed or downloaded nothing was ever accessed from their company or site however the app or business works whatever their service is nothing was ever used not once not ever they admit to that and still was charged and continually charged so Furious I can't even begin to tell you it is especially upsetting when I found out they are owned through Amazon and I really love the ************** and regularly make so many purchases through Amazon.... unless you love wasting money and want to be ripped off stay as far away as you can from this company you're better off throwing your money out the car window

    Their website is hard to maneuver and couldn't get it to work. Sent email asking them to cancel my access (account) but still getting charged even though I didn't use their website or services. I have asked for a refund and they say they don't issue refunds. Even though they see that I did not download any books and as I said could not maneuver around the website. I have an email that I sent asking them to cancel my access. I have learned an important ****** not to trust websites like this again.
