    They're a con business do not sign up for trial, you'll be stuck paying for a service you don't use and canceling membership is a joke

    This site offers a free trial, but sends no reminder when your trial is ending. Rather than just ending the trial and sending an email with sign up offers, they conveniently bill you to continue the service you didnt want- and rather than help with a refund, they just keep sending the same, generic email reply. Do NOT use them!

    I signed up for free 30 day trial, after an hour off reading, the quality is very poor and I want to cancel this subscription now. I cant find out how to reach them to cancel my account.

    Big SCAM Their website says to send an email to cancel. I did on August 18th, the day after I registered for the free trial. They then tell you that they cant cancel your account, you need to go to a link, which I also did on Aug 18. Filled it out, got the confirmation screen but no email. Sept 19 I get a ***** charge. I immediately email them and ask what happened and fill out their form on the link again. Now I get a confirmation screen and an email. Later they email me saying that my account was cancelled as of Sept 19 and as such they don't provide refunds. Even when I point them to the email exchanges they just say the account wasn't cancelled until today. TLDR: SCAMMERS. tell you they cancelled your account but then charge you and when you ask about it they say it wasn't cancelled.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SIGN UP. The website is absolute trash, there's not even a search bar, so you have to scroll and scroll and scroll. You have to sign up for the trial to even see what books they have, and when you see that they only have unknown books and classics you can get for free anywhere else, you cannot cancel. They charge you without notice when the trial is ending and there is nowhere on the website to cancel the trial when you realize you shouldn't have to pay to use this shitty site at all. Absolutely not worth it in any way. Please don't listen to the good reviews, I literally have no idea what they are talking about. Once you realize that they have taken your money and you have not even downloaded or listened or read anything its too late. There is no customer service to help you. This is a scam and they know what they are doing and they are not going to help you. DO NOT give them your information, trust me they don't have any books on your reading wish list. You'll have better luck on literally any other site.

    I was charged $19.99 for 1 month. I informed the company that I wasn't able to download any books and would appreciate a full refund. This was over a correspondence of 6 emails that I sent. Do not use these crooks! Now I am forced to go through my bank to investigate fraud charges and refund my money!
