I purchased tickets to Leon Bridges at Thompson's Point for August 14th. I received a link to "accept my tickets" only to be routed to an error message stating that my tickets were "accepted by another email address". Despite two calls and conversations with customer care agents, these tickets were never recovered. There IS no other email address for me. I was given so resolution and told to contact Ticket Master, who have nothing to do with the transaction. I contacted Ticket Master ANYWAY because I was determined to exhaust every possible avenue. I received a message that they were not involved. Not only was I (unknowingly) SEVERELY overcharged for this event by this website, but now I don't even have tickets to show for it and no way of attending the event that I had been looking forward to for months.

I purchased two tickets for the performance of "Hamlet" at The Park Avenue Armory, and only one ticket was printable as an E-ticket. Then I called the box-office at the Armory and discovered that they can't do anything about the missing ticket when it has been purchased from a third party -- in this case, TicketSales.com. Also I discovered that the seats are not accessible for me anyway, since I need access to the seats in any theater since I walk with the assistance of a cane.

Unable to reach TicketSales.com on the phone, I'm filing this complaint. The Armory Box Office was able to sell me two accessible seats for the same performance -- next Wednesday, August 10th at 1PM -- and I shall use those tickets. Therefore, I should like a refund for the two tickets purchased through TicketSales.com. For the ordinary customer, this has been a deceptive experience, and apart from the error in seating, one E-ticket is missing anyway. Please help me to obtain the refund.

On June 2 I ordered two tickets for a concert in Nashville, TN from ticketsales.com, online. The even was scheduled for July 28, 2022. The fees were not disclosed to me until after I had put it on my card. The fees are extremely high, they were almost as much as the two tickets. I immediately called Ticketsales.com. They refused to refund my money. I they called my credit card company and filed a complaint. They credited the $425 to my account while the dispute was ongoing. I did not attempt to download the tickets because of the ongoing dispute. On Aug 1, after the event date, I received a new bill from my credit card company rebilling me for the $425. I immediately called the credit card company. They told me the dispute was over and that ticketsales.com would not refund the money. I tried to contact them again today, Aug. 2, to talk to someone about the dispute and that I feel they are using deceitful and fraudulent practices on their website. So I was overcharged for the fees on the tickets, and they will not refund my money and I did not even get to attend the concert.I want others to know about this business and their practices so that they will not be charged these excessive fees.

I purchased tickets to the Masked Singer performance in Dallas, several months in advance. Three tickets total and the total amount charged was $708.52 with ticket cost and fees. The event was cancelled the day of, without advance notice and I get an email below with a "coupon credit" from Ticketsales.com, not a refund.

"You have received this coupon (the "Coupon") to be redeemed toward your ticket total, service charge, and delivery fees on future purchases. The Coupon has a unique identifier that may be used over multiple transactions placed from this email address only until the value of the Coupon is $0. This is not a cash equivalent and has no cash value and may not be transferred to another email address. Failure to use the Coupon before the expiration date shall result in the forfeiture of the Coupon, unless otherwise required by law. In the case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to take all available legal or administrative action. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Coupons are void where prohibited.

I attempted calling the number several times shortly thereafter and could not get through or was being disconnected. Today, August 1st I call in, get through and the CSR tells me that no refunds are issued after 7 days of the event, which no where in the "refund" email is stated. Not to mention, there is a restriction on the coupon code to use before "the expiration date" and there is not one on the coupon?

Refund for order #********---I am getting a refund of $590.43, but my charges were $708.52 --- What happened to the $118.09 difference?

      Credit Amount: $708.52

      Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/18) */
Thank you for responding. Although our customer claims their charges were of $708.52 and was only provided with a refund of $590.43, that is inaccurate. Our customer was charged $590.43 for their order, however, due to the cancellation we explained in our email sent 7/15/22 9:19 Am CST that: "As a benefit to our customers, we are introducing a new program for our customers who bought tickets to events that are now canceled. This new program will allow our customers to redeem 120% of the full value of their ticket purchases in the form of credits toward future ticket purchases. So, as an alternative to getting a refund, customers can get additional value with our 120% store credit program.". As our customer has elected to receive a full cash refund, they will receive 100% of the order total, instead of the 120% offered in our credit program. Thus, we consider this matter closed.

I went to purchase tickets for a concert in Fort Worth, TX. The website lists a purchase price per ticket. You fill out relevant credit card and address information for the tickets. You're then guided to click 'place order' and you never see the total amount that will be charged to your card. The website only lists the purchase price, but not sales tax nor delivery fees associated with the transaction. Later, I see a total of almost $1,800 on my credit card account and I would've never purchased the tickets if I saw that information prior to ordering. I called the company to ask for a refund and to send the tickets back to the seller. They claim they cannot process refunds because sales are final. This is a shady business practice to hide the full amount of a transaction from the consumer and make the sale final without providing that information. I asked multiple times over the phone for a refund or some sort of resolution, but was told "they provided all the relevant information" and couldn't provide me any other resources. This needs to be fixed.
