      On June 5, 2025, I purchased three (3) tickets to ******* at the ********************** in ***********, LA for the performance on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 8:00 PM. This purchase was made using my **************** **********, I received the ticket PDFs from TicketSales.com and immediately identified serious issues.The tickets contain spelling, formatting, incorrect information errors consistent with fraudulent tickets. The ** codes are unscannable and most critically, I contacted the venue directly, and they confirmed that these tickets are not valid and will not be accepted at the venue.

      The website only states in very small print on their front page that they are a secondary marketplace, and I only bought tickets there because the website was deceptively made to look like the **** official ticket marketplace. They also charge excessive fees. Though the value of the tickets I purchased was only $40 (well above typical market value), I accrued over $20 in service fees (including $7 for email delivery). I realized I had made a mistake after I purchased the tickets, so while the charge was still pending I called to try to get my money back, and they would not cancel.

      I was trying to buy $75 tickets these are the most expensive at this time, for ****** **** concert at the ********************. Somehow, I ended up ordering 2 tickets for $817.00! And I was not given the opportunity to confirm the sale, which legit sites do. I called this company immediately, told them what happened, and they would not work with me. Never buy from this site.

      Ticket sales does not provide price transparency. They added additional cost to my tickets without showing me them before purchase. I purchased $65 dollar tickets and when I placed my order they added $45 service fee and a email fee without showing me the final total. Absolute scam of a website. There customer service is terrible, all robots and will not provide cancellation or refunds even if you quickly try to cancel after submitting order. They tickets are heavy over price. Selling tickets for 100% over-cost. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

      This is a total scam. Their site pops up when you search for tickets directly with venue site. Someone not familiar with purchasing tickets online may not be aware of this practice. The cost of tickets plus fees were more than double the cost then to purchase directly with venue site, no one would pay double the cost if they dont have too. Everyone needs to be aware of there unfair practice to put them out of business.

      I went on a local box office site to purchase concert tickets and i have purchased from the same site before, somehow without realizing i was redirected to TicketSales.com upon check out i did actually think that's a lot for the 2 tickets but acting quickly thought oh there's probably a service charge and tax etc so paid with my **** card . Upon checking my banking the next day i see a charge for $945 and it says it's $668 converted to US funds ? Upon calling the local ticket office the lady agreed i was on their box office site and doesn't know how i got directed to TicketSales.com , nothing she can do ? I call the customer service number for ******************** and the lady kept saying go on our website and read the terms , i said i wasn't on your site when i purchased the tickets and a purchase conformation email i received from you guys reads $668.16 says nothing about US currency ? She pretty much shook me off and said you own them and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough ? She didn't care ? I will dispute this with **** , i tried with TicketSales.com first but as i said they didn't care ? People DO NOT buy tickets from this company , i don't even know how i ended up with them when i thought i was on the local box office site ? If that's my error i was willing to pay the $668 but not $945 . Due to the lack of professionalism from them trying to resolve this i promise to give them a review where ever i can , i will even have a tshirt made to wear to the concert promoting them or should i say NOT promoting them !

      Awful company that is a total scam! They show tickets as one price and claim the price includes all fees. However, once you put in your credit card information, they tack on crazy fees. In my case a $200 service fee for 6 tickets.

      They impersonated a venue site for Columbus funny bone and charged more than double what tickets are from the venue and state that the tickets are not refundable.

      The tickets were double the price. It was not disclosed until I gave my C.C. Information. Then Monday morning they sent me a message. They wanted my name, order # and email. It said they were not available. I stayed on the phone with them for almost an hour without any resolution.
