      I attempted to purchase tickets for a ********* ***** concert in *********, ** through the artist's website, which directed me to Ticketsales.com. The first concern is that it was not apparent that I was dealing with a ticket reseller while on the artist's website. Secondly, the site indicates that tickets are selling quickly and imposes a ten-minute timer, prompting ***** decision-making.The receipt provided post-purchase did not offer a detailed breakdown of costs. Despite the highest advertised ticket price being $45, Ticketsales.com charged $88 per ticket without presenting price options typically displayed in a range. Additional charges were only revealed after the purchase was completed.Upon contacting customer service, the following day to dispute the charges and request a cancellation, I was informed that they could not issue a refund or adjust the ticket price, as they operate as a ticket reseller. Additionally, I was charged $6 per ticket for delivery fees (totaling $36 for 6 tickets) and over $180 for processing fees, among other undisclosed fees, bringing the total to $769.87 for tickets initially priced at $45 each.Customer service reiterated their terms and conditions, asserting that a legitimate contract had been formed. They did not permit escalation to a manager. My primary issue with Ticketsales.com is the deceptive impression of legitimacy given by their integration into the artist's website, which only becomes clear once the purchase has been made.I wish I could give a rating of ZERO!

      Rip-off secondary sales organization. Cleverly hides the hidden extra charge when making purchases for public events. Has no customer service available. "All sales are final" is only message you get. ****** us off for $80 on ticket purchase of $192 plus tax. Charged us $280. Buyer beware. Truly disreputable organization. Avoid at all costs.

      On April 4 2025, i thought i was purchasing 4 tickets to the theatre for 689.00$ on the theatre box office website. As it turned out i was purchasing 1 ticket for 689.00$ on the ticketsales.com website i was unknowingly on. i was charged $3717.63. (If tickets were 689.00$ per ticket and i purchased 4, the total cost would be 2756.00$ ) I made a phone call immediately to the theatre box office, when i realized my huge error, but of course there was no record of purchase because i was on the ticketsales.com website, unknowingly. The theatre box office told me the same tickets were $80.00 per ticket. I immediately called ticketsales.com and explained my situation.... I am a senior citizen who made a terrible mistake and I pleaded with them to refund monies. I was told ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS I made many other phone calls daily to them continuing to plead with them to refund monies. ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS

      I thought this website was the official ticket sales site for ****************** and the website said $172 for 4 tickets I went ahead filled in my information and purchased not noticing the entire was on the website. I immediately noticed my mistake and called the customer care number but the phone number did not have an option to speak with a representative and repeated the purchase was final and not refundable even within 15 min of purchase.I also contacted via online chat with the representative who said the same thing in that the purchase was final. This website is a scam and should not be allowed to operate. I can not believe the government can not do anything to shut this business down.

      So extremely screwed by this website. Ended up purchasing $370 for two seats when I was expecting to pay $135. Going to see if my bank can fix this

      Upon ordering 2 tickets to the Sight and *************, I was charged at outlandish amount after I had hit enter (more than twice than the amount shown)! I filed a dispute with my credit card and it was approved at first, however, I then received a letter from my credit card company that the charges were reinstated. A box showing I had clicked a box that I agreed to terms and conditions was their reasoning. I wasn't able to order the tickets until I had clicked this box prior to ordering. This company is a fraud! When I called TicketSales.com to request an address to file with BBB, the *** told me it was against their company's policy to give that out. I requested a manager to speak with and got the same answer. This company deserves O stars!

      Zero stars. In my opinion, this company operates like a wolf in sheep's clothing. When I went to the BBB website to research TicketSales.com, my experience closely matched the listed pattern of complaints... During the holidays, I was a one-time, unintentional customer. I purchased two tickets on what I thought was the venue website but is was not. I felt misled about the total charges/fees, when I discovered the extra charges listed later. And, when I checked what the venue had charged for those tickets, I learned I had paid so much more with TicketSales.com. Their live chat customer service I found very unhelpful. I have reported my experience to the ************************ (***). And I am proceeding to write the ****************************. I will ask for assistance in finding a resolution, INCLUDING REMOVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM THEIR SYSTEMS. This business is headquartered in ********, and I am planning write to their ************************* ****** may be possible that this company has found a way to operate that is technically legal. But from all the complaints online made over the years, it's clear that so many people, like me, feel taken advantage of by TicketSales.com. I plan to ask questions, when I reach out to the *************************, to understand this situation better. ***Regardless, the bottom line for me is that, in my opinion, this business lacks a moral compass. ***

      scam, avoid. tickets downloaded are "obstructed view". also, price printed on the tickets is half of what was described when I gave them my credit card even after service fee adjustment. customer service took 43 min to do nothing. all sales final, nothig can do. but they assured me i will enjoy the show.

      I also agree with zero stars. Huge rip off/scam and customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will also be initiating a fraudulent claim with my credit card company

      Zero stars. Over charged, somehow overload ticketmadyer site and made me.feel that these were the last tickets. **************** os a joke. No response to email. They are the worst. Just a scam.
