THIS IS A SCAM. ZERO STARS I was inadvertently sent to this website unknowingly. I was charged ****** for 2 tickets that should have been ***** a piece. They up charged me more than double the price. When I called them, they told me there was no refund available as it is not their policy. When I called the theatre, they informed me that they were sold out for that performance, and that those tickets did not exist. They are difficult to reach by phone and I was disconnected several times when I did make contact.

Zero stars. I wanted to purchase 2 tickets to a concert but accidentally only purchased 1 ticket. The original cost listed was $138. After checkout I realize I was charged $206.77. When I called to try and get a refund or purchase the seat next to me I was told I would need to go to a different resale website and resell my ticket and then purchase 2 more tickets. Their website says that you do not "own" the tickets until they are delivered to your email. In this case, that will not be until the day before the concert. If I have paid for the ticket I should own it right NOW. They have my money but I have no ticket. That is absolutely ABSURD! Where is the customer service? I do not see how this company can legally get away with this kind of thing. I am livid.

I purchased tickets from Ticketsales.com thinking they represented the venue, as the venue was mentioned in conjunction with with them. They never informed me otherwise. I paid $100.00 per ticket for two. Later on when I found out that the tickets were only $29.00 per ticket from the venue directly I was outraged!! There might be some legality to what theyre doing, but in my estimation they are scamming people out of hard earned money. I am an older women, and realize that many other seniors and more are being taken advantage of in the worst way! Is there no one to help us????***** *****

I went to the venue website to purchase one ticket for March 6 2025.The website redirected me to TicketSales.com, I purchased one ticket on December *******.The ticket was 103$US, plus a service charge of 35.68$US. My credit card was charged immediately. My bank cannot reimburse at this time but a fraudulent claim will be initiated. Today, February 14, I still did not get my ticket. I contacted Ticketsales.com by phone. The associate said I would get an email on March 5th, which is one day before the event, although on the email, it said it would be mailed. This is completely unacceptable. This company is fraudulent and I would like a full reimbursement for my ticket and service charge, which at this point the ticket is NOT valid. I phoned the theatre and they confirmed that because there is no bar code on the ticket/email. From what I see on this website, this company does the same thing to everyone, completely unacceptable.

I agreed to purchase tickets for a concert, "****** **** Band" scheduled for 6 March 2025 at the ************** in ********, **, BEFORE I was made aware of a $131 service charge. Then, later, I discovered that I could have purchased the tickets directly from the venue at less than 1/2 the price that ticketsales.com charged me. I immediately contacted them but they refused to cancel the purchase and refund me my money.

I ended up on this site after a pop up appeared when I wanted to purchase tickets to the ******* ******* car auction. A price appeared as $74 per ticket. At the completion of the transaction the price had increased to $99.56. This company has multiple complaints over 3 years of fraudulent and unethical business practices. When I arrived at the venue tickets were $37 regular and $24 senior at the door. I called my credit card company to dispute this charge. As a senior citizen I feel scammed by a company that fraudulently creates pop *** in the name of the vendor website to distract/disorient purchasers. The 6 tickets I bought for my senior citizen group came to nearly $600. How many people have to be scammed before some action is taken to stop this thievery?

Total Scam Misleading, Overpriced, and *********************** is **incredibly deceptive**. They design their website to make you think you're buying directly from the venue, but in reality, you're getting scammed by a third-party reseller. I was charged **three times the actual ticket price**, plus hidden fees that werent disclosed until after the purchase. To make matters worse, I **never even received the tickets**! When I contacted customer service, they **refused to issue a refund**, despite their shady and misleading practices. Stay far away from TicketSales.comthis company is nothing but a **ripoff**! Buy directly from the venue to avoid getting scammed.

This company is a total ripoff! They charged me $558 for 3 tickets to the Kingston Trio that had a face vale of $225. There was a $129 service charge and nearly $30 per ticket processing fee. They tell me that all of that showed when I ordered the tickets online. Ive done lots of orders online and am not an idiot and I swear I did not see any such notification. I saw $178 for three tickets and the next thing I know it was $558 and no way to back track. I tried to cancel the order via my credit card company and bank and was unsuccessful. Beware and read carefully before you press confirm.

Last evening (15 Jan 2025) I clicked on the local vendors web site to purchase one ticket for a musical. The ticket price was $85.00. Unknowingly, I was redirected to ticketsales.com and didnt realize until receiving a purchase confirmation that I was charged not for just one ticket but for five tickets. In addition to the four extra tickets, there were also hidden fees not disclosed at checkout. The charges amounted to a staggering $579.70! I immediately called ticketsales.com to request that the order be canceled. I explained to the female ticketsales.com representative that I only intended to purchase one ticket. After placing me on hold two different times to check with her team, the representative informed me that she could not issue any refund. I was not aware that ticketsales.com was a third party site (still not sure how I was redirected) and transparency was definitely lacking during the checkout process. I want to cancel the tickets and get a full refund.

Not even sure I would give them one star. Stayed in constant contact looking for tickets to a play at the *********** in *******. Purchased five tickets - stood outside the entrance one hour before event. Continued checking my email chatting and placed a phone call. Was repeatedly told tickets would be there before the show. IT DID NOT HAPPEN!! I called customer support the next day to express my displeasure and was told it Would be noted. Seriously thats the response to my disgust with your site? Shame on you ticket sales!!!!!!!
