Yes, like the last two reviews i read on here..i had the same negative experience. I thought i was on the venue sight. I actually clicked on the venue site listing and ended up purchasing them through ticketsales.com. I paid over $300.00 more than I should have. I felt disgusted and misled after the venue employee told me how much more i paid per ticket as opposed to purchasing them from her or at the venue itself. This website is robbing customers daily and getting away with it. I will probably never go to another ticketed event ever...it left me feeling that aggravated.

Deceptive ticket sales!! I went to the venue site, purchased the tickets as I thought would be 4 for 91$ as venue advertised for 15-20$.. I agreed to purchase without scrolling down to realize they charged me 471$ for the 4 tickets! Im furious!! No refund allowed.. I didnt even realize Id been sent to a different seller!! This is a cover band show, Im not even seeing the real performers never would I have paid this if I would have know! This is a lot of money to be out right before Christmas as a single mother!! I purchased tickets for a play at The ******************** when this site was the first to come up on a ****** search for tickets for that theater so I didn't realize they are scalpers. I assumed they were like Ticketmaster or Telecharge. I then purchased tickets for $199 each and was surprised they didn't allow me to choose my seats but assumed they would send me the best possible seats at that price. Despite their offering multiple lower price options, when my tickets came, they turned out to be the very cheapest seats in the house at $50 face value. The service charge was also exorbitant at more than $50 per ticket.

I bought 2 tickets for 186 ea. And after filling all the information, I got immediately charge for ******. I called to try to get information about those extra charges that they didn't disclosed. Their staff in customer service you can barely understand and all he kept saying is that they have transparency. NO, YOU DONT HAVE TRANSPARENCY IF YOU DONT ITEMIZED CHARGES.

Iris TicketSales.com is a scam. I purchased two tickets through jpac and ended up getting tickets from ticketsales.com. The two tickets cost $128.00, but ticketsales.com charged me $305.00. When I contacted them, they said the extra charge was a service charge, and all sales were final. Add me to the list of scammed customers

This company is the epitome of misleading business practices. It sells tickets online but never mentions that to use the ticket, you must have a smartphone. That only becomes known AFTER the charges are made. When I immediately contacted them the customer service representative told me to either borrow a smartphone or resell my ticket, for a fee, of course. There would be no refund and no entry to the concert with a paper ticket.

I thought I was buying directly through the venue for concert tickets. They charged me 3x what the tickets actually cost from the first-party vendor! They of course do not accept any refunds and my credit card company can't do anything since I have the tickets. Stay far away from these people, they are there to shark unwary customers.

I purchased tickets to Elf the Musical at ************** in ********** , ** for the afternoon performance on 12/14/2022. I made the transaction on 11/18/2022. I made the transaction through my account on PayPal. When I received the transaction confirmation email for $313.97 for two tickets advertised for $118.00 each I knew I had been scammed. I immediately sent an email to Ticketsales requesting a refund. I received an email back on 11/19/2022 stating that all sales are final. The tickets for the seats I selected are advertised for $106.50 each on ************** website. I thought the $118.00 price included the $11.50 service fee over the $106.50 face value of the seat cost. Nowhere had I read while making the transaction that an additional $77.97 would be charged. I am asking that the BBB request I be refunded the entire $313.97 on Ticketsales transaction # ********. Thank you, **************

I was dupped into thinking the website i was on was the venue website. I was *************** to think there were limited seats left. We wound up paying more money then the seats were worth, plus had to pay exorbitant fees for the tickets making it twice the venue price. We contacted this vendor twice to resolve the problem to no avail, on the second phone call, we were hung up on. It's terrible that company's are allowed to pay to be the number one search in order to take advantage of the consumer. Do not use this website for tickets, they charge for email delivery on top of the processing charge per ticket.

Their website was very misleading about the fees. It was unclear that I was even on a resellers website. I called their customer service immediately when I got the receipt and they told me there was nothing They could do. I thought I was buying tickets on the local venues website at $73.70 each, I ended up paying $97.92 each. But the tickets they sent say they have a face value of $58.00. They are unethical and deceptive.
