      I am not a satisfied customer of this company. In my view, ******************** is a scam. I was stupid and ordered tickets from them not realizing they were a ticket resale company. When I saw what they charged me, I immediately called and they informed me there was no refund. I did not see theamount until I had submitted payment. When I called, I had not yet received the tickets, so I believe they should have refunded thecharge. They indicated they showed everything but if they did it was in very tiny print that was not seen by me. When I opened the email from The TicketSales.com it says.... If you have any issues with the above, pleasecontact usimmediately. I did contact them immediately (before receiving the email and again when I received the email) and it made no difference. They just repeated that all sales are final. At any rate,I would not do business with this company. I did not realize what I was dealing with. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not order tickets through them. What they charge is way more than the tickets are worth.

      Purchased 2 tickets in August for a September concert that ended up being rescheduled for a November date thats impossible for our schedules. We paid over $ 500 for what was supposed to be floorseats, only to receive tickets for a side deck area. I believe my purchase was hijacked from my login to the venues box-office site and sent to this website. This really seems like price gouging as others in our group paid half the price we did and received floorseats. I've requested a refund but have not received any response. I definitely do not recommend this website for ticket purchases.

      I tried to purchase tickets online via w/my smartphone. Everywhere I clicked went to TicketSales.com. I thought ************** (HT), the venue, had outsourced its ticket sales.

      I chose the event, paid & printed out the reservation (which didn't even allow me to select specific seats, only a section and maybe a row!). I reviewed the printout & discovered the website had switched my ticket request to a completely different event! There was no way to see the switch on my phone while paying or printing. Last time I order by smartphone!

      I checked the website. No refunds allowed!

      Because the error was at the website end, I called TicketSales.com & spoke w/a rep. ** repeated their policy of no refunds, in spite of the website malfunction, & didn't allow me to speak w/a superior. ** said my only option was to try to sell the tickets on **** or some other resale platform. I explained if I was not refunded, I would contact HT, my credit card company (ccc), and Action Line. ** simply repeated their standard options.

      I called my ccc next. Because the charge had not yet shown up on my account, I had to wait ***** hrs for the charge to post. Then, I could speak w/someone at the Disputes Dept.

      Then I called HT. HT said there was no record at their end of my ticket purchase. Also, HT does not have any agreement w/ TicketSales.com to sell tickets for their events & has received many complaints regarding TicketSales.com.

      Advice from HT: Purchase tickets at their own website: ***************** (Note the "re" at the end of "theatre").

      Currently filing a dispute with my CC company as this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Always double check where you are buying from, They sneak in when you think you are buying from the local ticket seller site but you aren't. Charging $262 ** for something I got for $153 ******** and refuses to allow a refund. Complete SHAM!!! Worst thing is I feel stupid for falling for it!

      They charged me $15 more per ticket for three tickets ($45) for the ******, ** Improv. They sold me "Zone Seating" for an increased price. When the tickets arrived in my inbox, they were for general admission tickets and the sales price was $25/ea. I contacted them by phone. They only chat online. Chat doesn't work at all because it declines everything about the order. I replied to the email, which is an email box that does not accept messages, so they cannot be contacted. I spoke with the Improv. They said they have been trying to get this copmpany shut down for a long time. Very dirty company. The employees should be embarassed.

      I bought tickets in March for a concert in August 2022. We never received the email for the $600 tickets. I called them 6 times and all I get is to check my email. Well today's the concert which starts in 1/2 hour and no tickets.all i get is the same thing while they put me on hold with the same response. I got a hotel, this was a birthday gift and nothing. This site should be shut down and never to do business again. Buyer beware, do not order tickets for anything through them. Its like they have a paper in front of them repeating the same thing over and not resolving the issue. On the phone now and still no tickets and I have to drive 1 hour away. Let's see if they give me my money back as they claim a guarantee.

      They basically stole $63 from me. I bought resale tickets for a Round Rock Express game that was sold out but I could not access the tickets even though I followed the instructions in the email and spent an hour on the phone with ticketsales.com. What a fraud. I will be disputing the credit card charge and requesting a new credit card number in case this truly is just a scam to get credit card numbers.

      This is a predatory company with no customer service. They make it seem like they are the primary ticket seller overcharging for tickets and charging exorbitant fees. Contacting customer service is useless. After seeing that I could purchase event tickets at 25% of what ticketsales.com sells them for I tried to cancel my pending transaction. They refused based on policy but their website does not make clear they are a secondary market. Come to find out this is an unaccredited company with the BBB. This is an unethical company profiting off unsuspecting customers. They told me to google and find out how to resell my tickets. Horrible company, horrible customer service.
